Saved me from disaster

Day one of a ten day vacation and my Air Sense 11 was destroyed. In record time, Christen was able to get a prescription from my doctor's office, and send my CPAP ahead to one of my destinations and I only had to be without sleep therapy for three nights. Rather than having to cancel my trip and go home, I'm able to continue my journey and enjoy my vacation.

Effective mask

Delivery from DirectHomeMedical was timely. The mask proved effective at significantly cutting down on air leakage to about one third of what it was with my AirTouch F20 mask. One design tweak would be nice: if the length from the top of the strap (which carries air) to the mask could be adjusted, that would be excellent. I ended up folding a washcloth and putting that under the top of the strap to make the length line up with my nostrils.
