I easily found a superior filter for my ResMed 11 machine. Price I felt was pricey for such a small filter and units. But I understand medical pricing for today medical supplies are always high, but service from supplier far exceeds costs. Thanks@

First time customer. When ordering the lady had to put a Cohutta, Ga address which prevented order from leaving the plant. They had my number they could have called and asked about confirming the address. Have since resolved the issue, package is coming. Thing is I really needed one part that was ordered as soon as possible, which is why I had 2 day UPS. Hopefully delivery will not be an issue from now on. I will say though everyone was quiet helpful when I talked to them.
