Prompt delivery

The delivery was prompt. I haven't tested the new oxygen cylinder yet. Direct Medical apparently is now handling replacement parts for Bellascuro EPLOR personal oxygen concentrators but unfortunately ( and not Direct Medical's fault) Bellascuro's website isn't making that clear, nor are they replying to phone messages or emails. Sloppy at best on their part and led to me flying with an oxygen cylinder that needed replacement. Maybe Direct Medical should push their partner to do a better job. They themselves do fine.
