3 Stars – Tricky to use!. I have used these for years. The last two I ordered do not work well. The air stream doesn't flow Unless I take it apart while in use and twist it around til it works. Wish I had saved papers to return it. It is very finicky.

5 Stars – Time to update . Was long overdue for an update, turned out to be an upgrade.

1 Star – I give it 1 star. My experience wasn't the greatest I ordered my mask on February 27th and as of March 12th I still have not received it therefore this will be the last time I order from here again

5 Stars – Worn out adapter . Looking for a new adapter for my mom's inogen g5 portable oxygen machine. Other sites had a lot of red tape I had to try and get through to buy one. This site was really easy and the adapter is correct for her machine. Thanks
