At DirectHomeMedical, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. That’s why we only carry trusted products, support them with clear warranty coverage, and offer flexible return options when needed.

AUTHORIZED DEALER, TRUSTED PRODUCTS
DirectHomeMedical is an authorized dealer for every product we sell. We source directly from manufacturers, or approved suppliers, to make sure you always receive the latest and best equipment at fair prices. Aside from warranty coverage, all services--sales, delivery, instruction, setup, and support--are provided by our team, independent of the manufacturers.

WARRANTIES: WE HAVE YOU COVERED
Every item we sell includes the standard warranty offered by its manufacturer. Because coverage varies by product, you’ll find warranty details listed on most product pages or on your order confirmation. If you’re unsure about the coverage for a particular item, just let us know--we’ll be happy to explain it before you place your order. EXCLUSIVE FREE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We know choosing the right product can sometimes be difficult without trying it first. To make it easier, we offer an exclusive FREE Satisfaction Guarantee on every CPAP mask we sell, as well as on many CPAP machines, oxygen concentrators, and select other items too. If a product includes our exclusive FREE Satisfaction Guarantee it will be noted on the product page, during checkout, and on emailed receipts.

Our FREE Satisfaction Guarantee lets you try a covered item at home with confidence. If you’re not completely happy with a covered item, you can return it within the guarantee period--usually 15 or 30 days from purchase, as shown on your receipt--for a full store credit of the original purchase price.

Please note that the guarantee applies to the product itself only and does not include shipping costs or other items in your order. DirectHomeMedical reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to deny the guarantee if we believe the policy is being misused.

RETURNS
Our shipping team is second to none, but everybody makes mistakes. If we ship you the wrong item, or if an item we ship you is damaged in transit, please let us know within ten days of delivery. After verification of the issue we'll send a replacement out right away at no extra cost.

If you would like to return an item covered by our exclusive FREE Satisfaction Guarantee, you may return it within the specified time period--even if it has been opened and used. When you return an item under our FREE Satisfaction Guarantee program, you’ll receive store credit for the original purchase price of the item. Please note that the guarantee applies to the product itself only and does not include shipping costs or other items in your order. DirectHomeMedical reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to deny the guarantee if we believe the policy is being misused.

We also accept returns for items NOT covered by our exclusive FREE Satisfaction Guarantee, as long as they are returned unopened and in salable condition within thirty days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies to all such returns and shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS
Refunds are automatically issued back to your original form of payment. If you’d like store credit instead, just let us know. In cases where your original payment account is closed, we may arrange a refund using alternative means, minus a 5% service fee and any restocking charges. Please note, opened items being returned under our FREE Satisfaction Guarantee program, will receive their refund in the form of store credit.)

WARRANTY REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS
If you suspect your equipment is defective, please reach out to our Care Team via live chat, email, or toll free at 888-505-0212 so we can help troubleshoot the issue, and if a repair or replacement is necessary, provide a return authorization. Please include your name and invoice number in the package when sending products back for servicing for tracking purposes. A minimal shipping and handling fee may apply in some cases.
