Easy shopping on the website. I can get my supplies free with my local medical supplier but I choose to order and pay for the ones that I get from Direct Medical as I like the quality of these better. Fast shipping and I have never had a problem with my orders.

I received at least 4 Thank you's with confirmations of order and total payment was taken for payment. However, it was not until the products were delivered was, I told that one item (item of same item) was on backorder and that the date was unknown! This is my first experience with this company, and this does not bode well for my ordering again.
