Prompt delivery

The delivery was prompt. I haven't tested the new oxygen cylinder yet. Direct Medical apparently is now handling replacement parts for Bellascuro EPLOR personal oxygen concentrators but unfortunately ( and not Direct Medical's fault) Bellascuro's website isn't making that clear, nor are they replying to phone messages or emails. Sloppy at best on their part and led to me flying with an oxygen cylinder that needed replacement. Maybe Direct Medical should push their partner to do a better job. They themselves do fine.

Great nebulizer

I’ve use Pari nebulizers for several years and have been very satisfied. Stepped up to the pari lc star and it definitely makes a difference for me. Absolutely worth the extra money. Takes a bit longer as it breaks up the solution into smaller droplets. Seems to get further into my lungs and I feel like my lungs stay open longer and my breathing is easier.

The right mask!

I never had a cpap like this one. I like the nasal mask the best. This one does not leak air and I like that.I have been a cpap wearer since the year 2000. I also tried pillow mask but this one is nice.

Easy to find and shop CPAP supplies (and machine - I bought my AirMini on this site for an excellent price). Shipping is quick and 30-day returns is excellent. I just wish they got rid of "**** sale" and instead have lower prices all the time. I literally delay my purchases until their one of many sales. Not that I have to wait too long, they happen all the time.
