So I have a unique face profile where most masks, it just leaks. I have a mask that is hard to find, and I found it here. Typically, I would just order from Amazon. Easy returns, easy customer service etc. . However, I have been fitted several times and the air leaking at night and blowing on my eyes from my upper nose on my CPAP and keeping me awake. I was able to find the mask I needed here and I decided to order 10. For the long run. Turned out they had 9 in stock. They did not wait for me to get the package, they notified me beforehand that only 9 out of 10 would be delivered, and was unsure when they would be able to restock for my 10th mask. I asked for a refund thinking, at my mistake, they did not have any masks in stock. They promptly refunded me for 1 mask. I emailed and said I was curious about the other 9 masks and when the refund would be processed? Well, turns out the other 9 were delivered. The had immediately refunded me for 1 that was not in stock and shipped my other 9 immediately, and it was in my mailbox when I received the email. The customer service here was 10/10 easy. It was wonderful. This was better that other websites or Amazon. And when it comes to health, I acknowledge you have to pay. But their prices beat the local medical store. For 2 masks I was able to buy around 10 on this website. I can easily say I have created an account and bookmarked this store due to the price and customer service alone.

Missing one item

Ordered many items and received the order very promptly but one item was missing. It was stamped “back order” but no notice as to when the back ordered item will be mailed to me.

The Best Devices

Came time to get a backup or replacement Nebulizer. At home I use the battery driven personal handheld misting device for occasional ailments. I use my 25 year old air pump with delivery hose, cup and tube to treat my horse who suffers the heaves as it is sweltering in south Texas. The tube transfers the medicine as it is attached through a hole in the bucket I can harness over his muzzle. Ordered a very capable looking air pump for backup and replacement and hopefully more energetic machine.

Making my life easier

As I am becoming forget full and sometimes I mess up royally. I did so a couple of weeks ago and had to leave a party early because I'd forgotten my AC charger for my P2 portable concentrator. I had already gotten a second battery and another DC charger because with two vehicles I never know which one I will be in until someone picks me up. Now when I go somewhere for an unknown preriod of time I can plug into the AC household current and continue to have a great time. I was unaware that I could order these items until I spoke with the leasing place and they were so helpful and I am again having a great time!

I ordered a travel CPAP, starter kit and a mask. The CPAP arrived programmed to my prescription and worked right out of the box. The one suggestion I would make that would alleviate some anxiety about the order is for the UPS shipment be permitted to ship to the UPS store. I have a UPS account and have my home shipments automatically go to the UPS store. However, the shipping guidance provided by DHM doesn't allow this. Why not? I have to show my ID to pick up my package, making this one of the most secure ways of receiving the package. While it did not impact this shipment, it's really something that DHM and UPS could sort out to better serve customers. People work and can't always be home. Re-directing a shipment to a UPS location such as the UPS store where one is "carded" before being given the package would be a great option for those who want to use it. Please consider this suggestion. It may save a lot of hassle with missed deliveries.
