CPAP replacement item found at Direct Home Medical

When requesting a replacement CPAP cushion, we found that the equipment was outdated as of the end of 2025 and replacement parts were unavailable from the original vendor. Direct Home Medical had the part we needed and saved us the cost ($170) of having to buy a new system.

PARI LC Sprint Reusable Nebulizer Cup & Tubing:

Shipping was just a few days. I love the new PARI LC Sprint Reusable Nebulizer Cup & Tubing. It works so much better than the one that came with the Drive Power Neb Ultra package. At first, the small blue flap that covers the exhale vent was bent open, and too much medicine escaped before the exhale. But after a 5-minute boil to clean the PARI LC Sprint, we let it dry with the flap side facing down. Tonight, when I used the nebulizer, it made a perfect seal against the exhale opening. The unit works flawlessly, reduced treatment time, and gave me more medicine without the usual waste. I like working with your company. DENNIS

I had an old CPAP Machine that gave a warning that the motor exceeded its life expectancy so I was pressed for time not know how much longer it would last. My new pulmonologist sent a prescription to Apria. After a month and several follow-up calls they cancelled my order without warning, saying my insurance required a new or original sleep study as proof of need. I've been using a CPAP for 18 years. I told Apria that due to my high deductible I'd have to pay out of pocket anyway and we're at the end of the year so going through my insurance first was an unnecessary waste of time. They didn't listen due to their inflexible process. I had dealt with Direct Home Medical for other supplies and was pleased with their service so I asked my pulmonologist to send the prescription which I uploaded to their site to get a new CPAP which arrived in less than 5 days! I was in need and they came through quickly without the added unnecessary bureaucracy typical of most DME suppliers.

Without traps, water in nose and gurgling sound. With traps, no water, but humidity, silence.
