I ordered a machine online and it was supposed to be delivered by the end of the week. I checked back the next few days, and it still had not been shipped. I contacted customer service and they and said that machine was out of stock. The machine was not listed as out of stock online, nor did I receive an email stating that it was unavailable. If I didn't contact customer service, I would still be waiting on my shipping info for a machine that would possibly come later than expected.

I found the changes to your web site made it very difficult to use! charging for shopping was an unpleasant surprise, so I had to rethink my order! Also The points I have saved did not come up until after I had finished my orders it was to late to use them (the order amount is almost unreadable) also I found it hard to find things!

The product is as described. Super soft and flexible-large face plate that extends beyond the edges of the nose. Measurements and specifications were right on and very helpful to have in the description. My mother loves these! Shipment was speedy.

I was in an urgent situation due to a lost UPS shipment of my prior device to Hawaii. The ordering on the site was quick and very efficient. The follow-up to get my prescription occurred within hours and shipment was the same day. My only recommendation would be to allow for the prescription to attached directly to the order email. Great inventory

After five years, I’m using my CPAP machine with a clumsy rube Goldberg arrangement to attach Oxygen, I discovered there’s a heated line with a built-in oxygen connector that eliminates all the rube, Goldberg adapters, and tubing that have been a source of constant aggravation. Direct home had the item in stock and it shipped today.
