I got my headgear for half the price of other places. First night was great! I did need to manually adjust the Expiratory Pressure Relief because it was difficult to breathe out. It was smooth sailing once I did. Big fan of the hose being connected at the top. I didn’t even notice it.

First time customer. When ordering the lady had to put a Cohutta, Ga address which prevented order from leaving the plant. They had my number they could have called and asked about confirming the address. Have since resolved the issue, package is coming. Thing is I really needed one part that was ordered as soon as possible, which is why I had 2 day UPS. Hopefully delivery will not be an issue from now on. I will say though everyone was quiet helpful when I talked to them.
