Transcend Micro's GentleRise Ramp delivers a lower pressure at the beginning of therapy so falling asleep feels natural. GentleRise then gradually increases pressure over time until you reach the optimum level for successful sleep therapy. Plus, it’s adjustable, so you can fine-tune ramp times or turn off ramp entirely to suit your personal preference.
In addition to ramp and auto-adjusting thereapy, Transcend Micro includes AirRelief EZEX Expiratory Pressure Relief making it easier and more comfortable to breathe while you sleep by reducing pressure on exhalation.

Too Much Noise
I had great hope for this mini/portable CPAP Machine, but the noise from the machine and hose left me disappointed. The first night of use, i got 1 1/2 hours sleep before the noise from the hose woke me up. I could not get back to sleep and gave up on it. Overall, I was happy with the size and portability of the machine and was looking forward to my next trip. The hose, however, was not want I wanted. Each breath reverberated through my head and I knew I could not be happy not being able to sleep. The Transcend is slightly better than the ResMed Mini in that the noise from the hose is less, but still not want I want to experience.

Excellent Home and on the Road
In 20 years, I've have so many CPAPs, I don't even remember their names. This one, however, is my hands down favorite. I have not found the CPAP to be noisy or the tube, and I've had some that were quite noisy. I used the sock on the tube once, which helped. Those who think it's noisy might want to pull the hose from under the top of their pillow, then over their pillow, so that it comes straight to their nose/mouth. I have traveled with this little CPAP all over the world, and on planes, and cannot stress how happy I have been at its compact size, simplicity, ability to change with altitude, works well with the batteries, and how quiet it is (yes, I do think this). I'm about to order two more, because I intend to have enough to last me until I die. I've seen some stop being offered or changed from my favorite features, and had to go back and search for a new brand. What an unhappy experience. Yes, I am happy with this little critter.

Light Travel CPAP
I have not travel with it yet, but it packs up compactly and will great to travel with carry on luggage only. Travel is a bit noisy, have to hide it in a draw to muffle the noise.

Good solution
This is a very tiny CPAP. I use it in auto mode and it works well. I've used it at home; but mostly I use it for travel. When my home machine is done though I just may switch to this for every night. No humidifier chamber to worry about which I like a lot.

Loaded with Features and Noise.
This machine packs a ton of features into a small package. Easy to set up and the app is a great addition. The problem I have is the amount of noise it generates. The noise doesn't come from the machine, that is very quiet. The noise comes through the hose. It almost seems amplified as it travels to the mask. I tried the muffler but it did nothing to suppress the sounds. It was so loud that it woke me up several times during the night and prevented me from going back to sleep. I'm going to have to try several masks and styles to find one that doesn't allow the wind and mechanical noises to come through. Not sure what I can do if I can't get it quieter. Might have to consider getting a different travel machine. Direct Home Medical is an awesome retailer and if I can't find a solution, I will reach out to them for help.

A Bit Noisy.
I like all the features especially the small size and light weight. I could easily connect it to my mask from another company. But I was disappointed by the noise of the motor. I slept fine with it though.

WOW! I can travel now!!!
This little miracle is about the size of a coffee cup! And it works better than my big machine! I tuck it in my luggage so easily! Lightweight and pretty quiet for a little guy! I was contemplating getting the Inspire implant, but after getting this machine, I am sold on the premium sleep i get with cpap. This is a game changer for me!

Great little machine!
Worked as expected. I used it with the muffler and it wasn’t loud. The “dry” mode worked great, drying out the hose and face mask for 30 minutes. This will be a wonderful travel machine.
