5 Stars – No hose fighting.. I am a side sleeper, 20+ yrs using mask with hose in front. Getting older, I am more restless and have been fighting the hose and dry mouth. This setup eliminated the hose fighting and air leaks. Great mask for side sleepers.

5 Stars – Unexpectedly better than larger bore cannulas. Bought these based on good reviews and I LOVE them. My nostrils are small, and these are more comfortable than larger cannulas. I also get a better 'puff' with my pulse delivery oxygen concentrator, likely due to the smaller diameter tubing.
