Called with concerns on a recent purchase of a travel machine. She knew the product well, was able to suggest alternative mask parts. And made sure it shipped promptly for my upcoming trip. Good site a little misleading

It’s a good site. I was able to find what I wanted. It says 90 day satisfaction guarantee but the fine print says store credit only. NO REFUNDS. So it’s not really satisfaction guaranteed.
