CLEANING: After every treatment thoroughly rinse the nebulizer to remove medication. Hand-wash with warm water and dish soap, then rinse thoroughly. Your company replaced the one I purchased because it was defective. I’ve used about 20 of these. I have a new nebulizer I purchased from you. I don’t know if it had a crack in the cup or what the problem was. I’ll continue to buy this product as it works the best.

Just what I needed
I got my Nebulizer and get my supplies from an Oxygen provider. I have been happy with this set-up until I needed new cannula and mouthpiece. The replacement for this equipment was very flimsy, difficult to put together and impossible to maintain. The company advised me that they had no other options to offer but I could order from Amazon. Instead, I looked at the name on the parts that came with the original set-up, and called Direct Home Medical. I found exactly what I wanted and ordered several replacement sets. These parts are perfect -- they are easy to put together and maintain. I will continue to order as long as I have the Nebulizer.

Got what I ordered at fair price. When I ordered I paid for expedited delivery USPSbut the PM general DeJoy has messed up mail delivery it was delayed by 2 days. I ordered new filters for Pari Trek - turned out it wasn't the filter - nebulizer was failing. Still on warranty so Pari sent new one - arrived next day by Fed EX.
