I don't usually leave reviews; but I had to. Looking at the previous reviewer I'm thinking maybe it wasn't the filter that was the wrong size? Maybe you ordered for another Resmed machine like the 10 or the 9 or even the mini? I have the 11 and the mini and these filters are the perfect fit, made by Resmed, for the 11. Just sayin.
