SleepWeaver Elan Soft Cloth Nasal CPAP Mask with Headgear

This mask is very unintrusive and comfortable to wear.

The plastic piece that connects to the hose falls out of the nylon mask very easily. You have to wake up, get up, and rethread the gear into the headgear - which will fall out again when you turn over in bed. I understand that the plastic bit can easily placed into a clean nosemask - the problem is that it is entirely *too* easy. There needs to be some sort of clamping system that helps the plastic bit be retained by the mask.

I didn't like it, I prefer my cloth ones I buy from you, I thought I would like it better with the swivel hose, But went back to my old cloth ones

After trying multiple, traditionally made masks and headgear that were not only heavy and cumbersome, but all made from chemicals and man-made ingredients that produced an allergic skin reaction, I thought I’d never get the help for sleep apnea that I so desperately needed. I was so thankful to find this product that is unique, cleverly yet simply designed, lightweight, and moves easily with the wearer throughout the night. I highly recommend this mask for any one that has skin sensitivities or allergies to chemicals.

Have tried all sorts of masks, but, being I have a silicone allergy, not able to use them. This mask is awesome! It leaks no more than any other mask I’ve tried. I highly recommend it

I’m allergic to latex, so this is the only type of mask I can use. I have never had any problems with my experience shopping on DirectHomeMedical site. Shipping is fast. I’m also a repeat customer.

I used a soft mask for a long time. I don’t know why there was so much air escaping but it was not a tight or sealed fit as before. I have chronic dry eye as well and this didn’t last an entire night. Sadly sending it back and going to try the Anew which covers more facial area and hoping it was this I used several years ago. After a few weeks any mask I use just annoys me so. It’s not so much the mask as me being The Princess and The Pea I guess

Got this mask as an attempt to end nose bridge pain that was waking me. This mask did it. I'll admit that controlling its tendency to leak takes some learning and it is more difficult to clean - but the trade off is that NOW I can sleep the night - which is after all the point of the CPAP!

I have had TWO of Circadiance's standard mask, but the air leaks on the Elan caused an ear to ache. Not the tubing's fault probably, but...

I'm along time user of the Elan - the only one of many I've tried. The only reservation is that the featherweight tube is more difficult to remove from the mask for cleaning. But as it was included free it's hard to complain about being able to try it!

The hose keeps falling out of my mask. I think the fabric hole is too large.

This mask seals perfectly with no need to pull it tight. It’s totally silent. It works even with facial hair. The headgear is comfortable. It’s the perfect mask. Bravo!

When I have the strap tightened enough so that it stays on, it hurts my nose. When I loosen the straps, air comes out of the top into my eyes. I am returning this mask. Very uncomfortable.

I could NOT use any other type of mask without irritation to my face. Fortunately, I keep my mouth closed, so I have been using Sleepweaver fabric masks for over 5 years. I liked the regular sleepweaver better than silicone or anything else. But when I tried the Elan style, it is by FAR the best fit with the least likelihood of leaks. My supply company through my insurance made it seem like these were no longer being manufactured, but I am so happy to see them available here so readily. I did NOT want to have to find another mask because this works SOOO well, I hope so many more people learn about and enjoy this mask so they will keep producing it, as it would be my hope that is the only style I will ever use. I have recommended it to so many others, but some need something over their mouth as well. I just saw that there was an option for that, so I need to have my mom try it out. She never could keep her mouth shut! ;)

With the traditional nasal pillow (in-nostril) design I was getting repeat infections from the irritation even though I sterilized the mask daily. The Elan (no-contact) design this problem has been completely eliminated. What a wonderful product!!

It just leaks no matter what an adds to my frustration of having to strap something to my face to sleep. Sending it back.

Overall a very pleasant procedure that was very customer friendly. Fast shipping & inexpensive product. Only wish the adjustment straps were made a little better.
