Soft, light and breathable SleepWeaver Elan Nasal Mask is the skin friendly, non-allergenic CPAP mask solution without latex or silicone. SleepWeaver Elan's low profile design eliminates facial contact and the open style headgear provides a clear field of view. The cloth cushion inflates naturally during sleep therapy to provide a leak free seal with no pressure points.

SKIN FRIENDLY SOFT CLOTH CUSHION
SleepWeaver Elan's soft, light, breathable cloth cushion inflates like a balloon during CPAP & BiPAP therapy pressing gently againts the face to create a leak free seal with no pinching or pressure points. Because SleepWeaver cloth is breathable the mask feels cool and dry to wear and the fabric feels natural on the skin unlike the plastic and silicone of most CPAP mask solutions.

LIGHTWEIGHT & FLEXIBLE
Like all SleepWeaver masks the Elan has no rigid plastic frame so the entire mask is lightweight and free to flex, bend, compress and move with you as you sleep. In addition the Elan comes with a double swivel elbow so tubing can be channeled in any direction -- over the head, down the chest, or to the side.

SMALLER IS BETTER
SleepWeaver Elan reduces facial contact in several key areas... The cushion is smaller overall so no contact is made at the nasal bridge where sleep therapy users often experience sores and chafing; and the low profile headgear reduces strap contact on the face and eliminates forehead and overhead straps entirely. Elan is great for wearing glasses or watching TV because your field of vision is left completely free.

EASY TO LIVE WITH
The Elan is Latex and Silicone Free so it's great for allergy sufferers. The mask's exhalation valve is made of a series of small holes so there is no direct stream of air to irritate bed partners and exhalation is very quiet. The soft cloth cushion is durable too, so it's very easy to clean; just pop it in the washing machine with your own mild detergents or wash it by hand if you prefer. And if you ever need a replacement cushion they're sold separately so you can just buy the parts you need.

SIZED JUST FOR YOU
SleepWeaver Elan is available with three cushion sizes -- Small, Regular or Large -- to fit a very wide range of faces. If you're not sure what size will fit you best, download the sizing gauge available on this page or upgrade to the Elan Starter Kit (which includes all three cushion sizes plus some great extras) in your shopping cart.

FIVE COLOR OPTIONS AVAILABLE
SleepWeaver Elan Masks are available to purchase in two colors -- Blue & Tan. Replacement cushions are available in five great colors and patterns -- Blue, Tan, Pink, Camouflage, Leopard -- to suit your personal style

Does SleepWeaver Élan come in different colors?
Yes, SleepWeaver Élan is available in blue and beige.

Is the SleepWeaver Élan a specialty mask?
No. The SleepWeaver Élan Nasal PAP Mask is intended to provide an interface for Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) or Bi-Level Therapy. SleepWeaver Élan is intended for single-patient reuse in the home and multi-patient, multi-use in the hospital/institutional environment. This mask is to be used on patients greater than 66 lbs. (30 kg).

What fabric is the SleepWeaver Elan cushion made of?
The SleepWeaver Élan cushion is made from the same kind of high-quality fabric used in winter ski clothing. The part of the mask that touches your skin includes polyester, nylon, and elastane, creating a breathable material that helps wick away moisture and heat to keep you comfortable through the night. Most users have no issues with skin allergies or irritation when using this mask. The headgear is made from polyurethane foam, nylon, and Lycra, and it does not contain Mercapto-benzothiazole or Mercapto MX. The plastic swivel is made of durable polycarbonate. As with all polycarbonate products, it may contain trace amounts of BPA.

Does SleepWeaver contain latex?
No, SleepWeaver masks are not made from natural rubber latex.

Does SleepWeaver headgear have magnets?
No, SleepWeaver masks and headgear do NOT use magnets.

How long will it take me to become comfortable with the SleepWeaver Élan?
Most patients report after the first night using our SleepWeaver products, that it is the most comfortable mask they have ever tried! However, it can sometimes take longer than one night to become accustomed to new equipment, especially if you are new to PAP and Sleep therapy. Review the instructions that came with your mask closely; and watch our various video resources for tips and instructions as well.

Will SleepWeaver Élan work with my existing CPAP or Bi-Level machine?
SleepWeaver products work with all CPAP, Bi-level and auto-titrating systems. (A tubing adapter may be required for specialty CPAP Machines like Resmed's AirMini.)

Can I use the Sleep Weaver with a humidifier?
Yes.

Can I use Supplemental Oxygen?
Yes. We recommend that you connect the oxygen line on the outlet of the PAP machine. (For complete information review the documentation that came with your CPAP/BiPAP machine.

How do I clean the SleepWeaver Mask?
The SleepWeaver should be cleaned by hand washing with a mild, nonabrasive soap in warm water every other day. Never use hot water. Repeat washing until visibly clean. Hand wash the headgear weekly. Rinse well with quality drinking water and allow to air dry out of direct sunlight. Do NOT dry in a machine.

Does SleepWeaver Élan have an exhalation valve?
The exhalation "valve" on the SleepWeaver Élan is a series of very small holes that gently and quietly exhaust the exhaled air from the mask. These holes provide quiet operation without creating a jet of air that makes a lot of noise or can blow on the patient's bed partner. The leak rate provided by the exhalation holes is comparable to competitive CPAP masks.

Can the exhalation valve get plugged or clogged?
As long as the mask is properly maintained and washed the exhalation valve will provide consistent exhaust performance.

Can I sleep on my stomach while wearing the SleepWeaver Élan?
Yes. The air pressure in the mask will keep the mask inflated without pressure points. The mask continues to provide CO2 exhalation as long as a portion of the exhalation holes are exposed.

Can I read or watch TV while wearing the mask?
Yes. There is nothing in the field of view from the mask or headgear. This allows you to wear glasses and read or watch TV while wearing the mask.

I have dentures. Can I still wear the mask?
Yes. The SleepWeaver Élan can be worn by patients with dentures.

What if I want to travel with my PAP system?
SleepWeaver products are the smallest and lightest masks for travel available. They fold into a very small size when not inflated so they will fit easily into any carrying case you would use to travel with your PAP system.

Is this SleepWeaver Élan Mask FDA registered?
Yes.

Can I use the SleepWeaver Élan Mask if I have a broken nose of deviated septum?
We have had a number of patients with anatomic issues around the nose report using the SleepWeaver with good success. The pliable nature of the SleepWeaver allows it to conform to the patient’s facial anatomy even if it is not symmetrical.

Does the SleepWeaver Élan address the problems of people who have skin reactions to plastic masks?
SleepWeaver Élan is gentle on the skin. We have had a number of patient’s report that their skin irritation problems disappeared after switching to a SleepWeaver.

Does this mask fit a person who has a full beard?
Yes!

What is the recommended pressure for SleepWeaver Élan?
SleepWeaver Élan has been tested and approved for use between 4-20cm H20 on CPAP, Bi-Level and Auto-titrating PAP systems.

Wrong one

It looked like a full face but was not. I’ll have to order again

Best From Circadence!

I think the Elan is the best cloth mask from Circadence. The 3D Mask, even with the extra material above the nose, leaks more air, and the new Duel Mask, moves to annoy. Let's face it, cloth doesn't seal as well as latex or silicone, but some of us are allergic to these materials.

Easy to wear

This mask is very unintrusive and comfortable to wear.

The headgear that falls apart

The plastic piece that connects to the hose falls out of the nylon mask very easily. You have to wake up, get up, and rethread the gear into the headgear - which will fall out again when you turn over in bed. I understand that the plastic bit can easily placed into a clean nosemask - the problem is that it is entirely *too* easy. There needs to be some sort of clamping system that helps the plastic bit be retained by the mask.

Disappointed

I didn't like it, I prefer my cloth ones I buy from you, I thought I would like it better with the swivel hose, But went back to my old cloth ones

Featherweight CPAP mask and headgear that outweighs its competition in benefits!

After trying multiple, traditionally made masks and headgear that were not only heavy and cumbersome, but all made from chemicals and man-made ingredients that produced an allergic skin reaction, I thought I’d never get the help for sleep apnea that I so desperately needed. I was so thankful to find this product that is unique, cleverly yet simply designed, lightweight, and moves easily with the wearer throughout the night. I highly recommend this mask for any one that has skin sensitivities or allergies to chemicals.

Awesome!

Have tried all sorts of masks, but, being I have a silicone allergy, not able to use them. This mask is awesome! It leaks no more than any other mask I’ve tried. I highly recommend it

Love, love, love this mask

I’m allergic to latex, so this is the only type of mask I can use. I have never had any problems with my experience shopping on DirectHomeMedical site. Shipping is fast. I’m also a repeat customer.

Bad Fit

I used a soft mask for a long time. I don’t know why there was so much air escaping but it was not a tight or sealed fit as before. I have chronic dry eye as well and this didn’t last an entire night. Sadly sending it back and going to try the Anew which covers more facial area and hoping it was this I used several years ago. After a few weeks any mask I use just annoys me so. It’s not so much the mask as me being The Princess and The Pea I guess

Eliminates the nose bridge pain of the Si rubber masks!

Got this mask as an attempt to end nose bridge pain that was waking me. This mask did it. I'll admit that controlling its tendency to leak takes some learning and it is more difficult to clean - but the trade off is that NOW I can sleep the night - which is after all the point of the CPAP!

Seems to be working fine

No problem and very timely manner

Incredible

Yes - it's slightly leaky - but that's manageable but the main thing is THE NOSE BRIDGE PAIN IS NO MORE!!!!!! YEAH!!! It would also be nice if the "cushion" could be more conveniently removed and replaced for cleaning - but I'm managing. From what I can tell - this is the MOST comfortable option available anywhere!

Love the Mask, but the Fit?

I have had TWO of Circadiance's standard mask, but the air leaks on the Elan caused an ear to ache. Not the tubing's fault probably, but...

Never disappointed

I'm along time user of the Elan - the only one of many I've tried. The only reservation is that the featherweight tube is more difficult to remove from the mask for cleaning. But as it was included free it's hard to complain about being able to try it!

Fabric CPAP mask

The hose keeps falling out of my mask. I think the fabric hole is too large.

Best mask ever

This mask seals perfectly with no need to pull it tight. It’s totally silent. It works even with facial hair. The headgear is comfortable. It’s the perfect mask. Bravo!

I absolutely HATE this mask

When I have the strap tightened enough so that it stays on, it hurts my nose. When I loosen the straps, air comes out of the top into my eyes. I am returning this mask. Very uncomfortable.

The only one I'll ever use.

I could NOT use any other type of mask without irritation to my face. Fortunately, I keep my mouth closed, so I have been using Sleepweaver fabric masks for over 5 years. I liked the regular sleepweaver better than silicone or anything else. But when I tried the Elan style, it is by FAR the best fit with the least likelihood of leaks. My supply company through my insurance made it seem like these were no longer being manufactured, but I am so happy to see them available here so readily. I did NOT want to have to find another mask because this works SOOO well, I hope so many more people learn about and enjoy this mask so they will keep producing it, as it would be my hope that is the only style I will ever use. I have recommended it to so many others, but some need something over their mouth as well. I just saw that there was an option for that, so I need to have my mom try it out. She never could keep her mouth shut! ;)
