I looked everywhere for the parts for my c-pap mask. Knowing the mask was new I found the part on your website and called the phone#...the representative that answered was kind and courteous and knew exactly what I needed and we got the part ordered also I needed another part and it was in question that I'd ever be able to find it and she said they had that in stock to I was amazed we ordered the parts and I receive them within a week and they were exactly what I needed to fix my mask. Great service and fast shipping. Normally I would obtain my Full Face Cushion (with Clip) for Mirage Quattro CPAP Masks from my supplier, Lourdes Health Support in Binghamton NY, and with the billing through Medicare, it was taking up to two months from the time I ordered until I finally got the cushion. Used to be able to pick it up locally, then they moved the distribution to Syracuse and they would mail it and it would take a week or so, and finally they moved distribution to some supplier in Ohio that took nearly two months from when I ordered it to when I got itl When the mask is leaking around my face and waking me up, this became unacceptable. My girlfriend in Ohio had dealt with DirectHomeMedical and recommended it. It's a bit more expensive through DirectHomeMedical, and I understand DHM cannot work with a Medicare insurer, but at least I have my supply when I need it. I usually need a new Cushion every two months, but I set it up for an automatic purchase every three months.

Fits my old mask perfectly

I have a straight up/down forehead and a rather flat nasal bridge that prevent a good seal with many masks. I'm glad for the adjustment option for the forehead piece with this model that allows me to get a good fit.
