Missing parts
The clip and plastic nut that retains the forehead support was not included. This makes the support useless, and in the past the clip and nut are what typically fails. I would like to find out how to get these two pieces.

Doesn't come with bolt thingee
Item was great, but we threw away the old one and did not save the screw in piece thinking it would be included. It is not. Hope this helps someone else.
