Salter's Inline Water Trap (with Threaded Endcaps) helps improve oxygen therapy by collecting excess condensation and moisture that can sometimes form in cannulas or tubing. The Salter Water Trap features a simple, durable design, is Latex free, and is compatible with all standard oxygen hoses, nasal cannulas, and tubing.
NOTE: The threaded endcaps on this Inline Water Trap are designed to be unscrewed so water can be emptied out when needed. The endcaps are very tight and some force may be required to unscrew them from the cylindrical body of the water trap.

They work
My husband’s tubing was collecting a lot of water. I was afraid it would get up and into the cannula. I saw these and gave them a try. They work. The water eventually collects in the water trap and doesn’t go past it. No water in the cannula.

Water trap
I bought this water trapper because the ends are threaded. My previous water trapper was always coming undone. The company does warn you that you may need some assistance unthreading the ends. I did think.it would be this hard. If you are weak or don't have someone who can help you unthread the tube, don't buy it. I have tried several times without success. It's that tight.
