Uncomfortable, weak pressure
Had to return this. Unusable. Thin entry point for air, weak pressure versus other similar mass. Hate that the hose dangles over the mouth rather than clips above on some others.

3B Rio II-A Great Pillows Mask!
I really like 3B products. I have purchased full face masks and these Rio II. I like how the Rio can be adjusted for proper fit and where the pillows rest under your nose. I added some cloth pads on the lower strap, which helps the comfort and fitting. I really like this mask.

Not my favorite and not my least favorite
I was looking forward to seeing if this would be a suitable less-expensive alternative to my ResMed Airfit P10 mask. Unfortunately, it wasn't even close and, unlike the P10, there was a constant flow of air coming from the vents in the mask which I found rather annoying. I had to make sure I was not pointing in the direction of anyone or anything that might be disturbed by the constant flow of air escaping. I suppose, if you don't want to spend the money on the P10, this may be an acceptable option as it fits and feels much the same. However, that is as far as the similarities go.

Better thab most others!
I will always opt for nasal pillows versus any other style of cpap "mask". The Rio II is quiet and comfortable but has the same problem as every other nasal pillow apparatus I have used. The frame is too close to my eyes and sometimes moves while I'm sleeping putting undo pressure around my eyes. I have to adjust it very tightly to stay in place which in turn rubs the inside of my nose. I use a saline gel to help with this! One may wonder why 4 stars with the issues well it is because using a nasal cradle, full face mask, etc... is much much worse for me. (If a company could make a rigid frame with padding at a lower angle along with a mold-able pillow I would definitely beta test it!!!)

So comfortable
This is the most comfortable mask I've used. I've had a few nights with mask leaks but think I just need to fine tune the adjustments. Really appreciate being able to adjust the headgear, a big improvement from my previous mask.
