AirSense 10 AutoSet Auto-CPAP Machine Package with HumidAir Heated Humidifier

Purchased a new CPAP machine. My old one was 15 tears old. The new machine works fabulous. I would definitely recommend this new machine to sleep apnea sufferers.

My wife and I both have used a AirSense 10 AutoSet Auto-CPAP for some time now. I work during the week in one state and we travel home for the weekend 150 miles away. Even though this machine comes with a nice case and is easy to pack and unpack, it was still a hassle. So, we had some HSA money and decided it would be work it to have a set of machines at both locations and have not regretted that.

The AutoSet feature is outstanding. My previous CPAP (other brand) always seem to have way too much pressure. This new CPAP with AutoSet is much more comfortable. I sleep much better since switching.

my local providers wanted to charge me a fortune to purchase a new CPAP, Direct Home Medical beat their price by ALOT!! They setup my machine according to my prescription (local provider said that's why i needed them instead). The part arrived as advertized, works great. I'd highly recommend using them if you are already familiar with the machines and don't need someone to hold your hand and fit your mask. Great savings, Great product.. i will definitely use them again if I need a replacement. I've already recommended them to a family member to get his machine.

Price was good delivery was prompt machine worked perfect and I didn’t have to get by a robot to talk to a real person when I had a question; what more could you ask for?

I hate to have to ware a CPAPbut feel so much better now that I do. No more waking up tired.

My S9 went kerput so I replaced it with the AirSense Auto. In every sense it's a nice replacement with smaller footprint. The only negative I have is the difficulty in refilling the water chamber. With the S9 i only had to lift the lid to pour in the water, something I could easily do in the middle of the night and in the dark. With the AirSense I have to remove the water chamber from the unit and then open the chamber to fill the water, and this is not easily done. Seems unnecessary since there is outlet on top that is sealed and not able to open.

I love it. I could never have imagined the difference it would make for me. Easy to use and worth every penny

Very happy with what I got

This is my backup unit for my vacation property. My other unit is the excellent Air Sense 10. This one has the AutoSet feature. The DHM people worked with my physician & with me to get it set up just right. Easy to use. Quiet. Comfortable. A step up with the autoset. Recommended.

The one major drawback to these machines is that they only record usage hours not sleep hours. Which is one of the reasons that even with 7 or more hours of using each night I am still tired the next day. Laying awake with the machine on is not the same as sleep. It would be much more helpful if the readout each day gave both hours of use AND hours of actual sleep.

found that this dries my mouth and throat so badly that i couldn't swallow in the middle of the night. i had gradually elevated the humidity to maximum with same result. good thing this is not my first/only machine. i have sent it back for return and will try something different.

I have ordered several times from Direct Home Medical and they are always wonderful to deal with

First of I am still getting to understand it. The only issue is with a proper mask. My old mask I have been using for over 10 years(with scheduled replacements). I tried the P10 pillow mask and I am still having leak issues. I did have leak issues with the old mask about 3 years ago and I tried the dreamwear mask and that for me was worse. I just ordered a full nose nasal mask and hope this will solve my issues. I really do like the AirSense 10 so you cannot go wrong with it. would recommend it to anyone that has an old CPAP.

The best machine I ever used. It's whisper quiet and easy to exhale. I am going to buy a second one for travel. To put the whole review in context, I was supposed to be using a cpap for the last 25 years and I did not until I tried this unit. I even tried expensive custom oral appliance therapy and used 4-5 different ones. They do work but at $2,500 per unit they wear out an also move your teeth around and how you bite down will change. Also, if you have any dental work done you may have to get a new appliance. I didn't want to say this much but I was on vacation and my oral appliance broke. I couldn't breath for the whole week when I slept or napped. Nothing is perfect but this ResMed is amazing. I found the mask that I like and bedtime for me is relaxing. I cannot say enough. It's quiet and you can exhale perfectly. I love getting my daily report in the afternoon which only inspires me to wear the damm thing every chance I get.

The machine works flawlessly , as would one expect.
