The reservoir arrived on time, and the correct part was included. I appreciate their timeliness and attention to detail. This reservoir has a round bottom, as opposed to a square bottom. It works well with my Airsense 10; there are no leaks or whistles.

The hinge that has the pegs on the top part are easy to snap off. Mine only lasted a few months.

I am amazed at the difference a new chamber makes. The new chamber heats up faster and doesn't seem to building up any stuff in the bottom. For me this was money well spent.

This water chamber has a different bottom piece and metal piece, and I really like it. Thanks for the quick service and the updated chamber.

I clean my Res Med every 3 days and replace every 4 months to reduce bacteria contamination as the air entering your lungs goes through your humidifier first. I usually buy them when on-sale at Direct Medical.
