FlexiFit 432 Full Face CPAP Mask with Headgear

No matter how I adjusted this mask, I would have pressure points that hurt my face. I even ended up with an open sore on the side of my nose

Mask works good, just need more time to get use of it.

This mask was by far the worse full face mask I've used in my 13 years of wearing CPAP masks. The upper portion of the mask that goes over your nose does not adjust and puts too much pressure on the bridge of my nose. It is a major challenge to take this mask off and put it back on in the middle of the night. This mask frequently leaks and needs constant adjusting.

I've ordered the large from resmed and it fit great. Your large is huge compared to others and does not fit properly or seal well. This was an emergency purchase so I don't have a spare to use for the time it would take to return it and receive another one.

I ordered a large, per the fitment guide paper that you cut out and fit to your face to decide what to buy. It was too small, so I ordered an X-Large. There is just one size frame, and then different size cushions to fit on it. I stupidly kept both frames, thinking one would be a spare. Waste of money, and too late to return. The design problem seems to be that at least with the large and especially X-Large, there's nothing on the bottom area to keep it pushed against your chin. It makes horrendous noises of all sorts (whistle, honking, fluttering, etc.) thru the night every time your face shifts a tiny bit. This seems to be because of the one size frame, so the headgear's pressure point is in the same spot for all sizes of cushions, hence less support for large and X-Large cushions in the chin area. Big disappointment. If i push very slightly on that chin area of the cushion, the noises stop. But you can't hold that while sleeping. For now I've had to fall asleep with the lower chin part of the cushion pushing slightly against a pillow so that I can fall asleep. But of course that does not last thru the night - you move around. They should at least create another frame for this Flexifit 432 for large and X-large, where it puts pressure from the headgear much lower down so that the chin area is kept pressed against the face. Aside from that, I do recommend Direct Home Medical as a supplier. I've been very pleased with their service over the years - a well run organization.

Not new to this product so I am impressed by how much cheaper it is to buy direct than to go thru insurance. They way over charge! And the service was excellent.

The mask leaked bad all night. I will be returning this product.

The mask is comfortable and fits well.

Does not fit as good as my previous one has a very strong plastic chemical smell to it. I hope the smell eventually wears off
