Extremely low quality. The cushion sits loosely on the frame and leaked horribly. Customer service solution was to tighten it.

Good product, but most are over priced.

It was noisy and taking it off was hard the push button clip hard to push with arthritis

Mask didn’t seal correctly, the leak was really bad and it woke me up 3-4 times a night. I returned it and with the reps help I have to correct fit a seal.

I couldn't get a good seal to last thru the night. I ordered a smaller size seal and still no success. I returned the mask.

This is by far the best mask I've tried so far I tried seven others and they all leaked and were not comfortable this mask is very comfortable and I like that it has a bridge for your chin which keeps it in place better then the other masks I've used this is unique with this company and I hope they continue to make them with this bridge I liked it so much that I just ordered two more. I did have some issues with leakage but I fixed that by tightening the bottom straps and I did have a problem with nose soreness but I loosened those straps that go on the forehead piece and it eliminated some of the pressure and now it's much more comfortable I do use a Band-Aid for this no soreness issue and intend to get pads for the bridge of my nose for future use until my nose bridge gets used to this product I want to say here that all the masks that I've tried give that nose bridge soreness however my doctor says that the bridge of my nose will toughen up soon and I will not need any padding soon and it will not continue to make it sore.

I had face injuries including a bruised lower lip and wounds to my forehead. Im not a novice at this as i have been using the Simplex model for more than 10 years with no injuries.

The top head piece has an "open" holder (the plastic piece that holds the adjustable velcro strap). Not sure why, when the velcro is adjustable and removable. It is frustrating because the strap keeps slipping out through the opening. This mask is overpriced as well, but I have paid the charge because I like it and it is the best-fitting one I have tried. Just had to put a piece of scotch tape around the opening on the front head piece to prevent the slippage and for that, I wouldn't have expected to pay this much.

Good design. But gave me headache's. I liked the under chin design which helps with keeping my jaw from dropping during sleep. I didn't like the quick release **** the harness/strap.

The mask is a 2 piece and couldn't get it to seal.

Bought this mask for a back up mask and not bad. I would have to get use to as have a ResMed full face mask and the Forma different fit for me. Fits ok and does the job if needed.
