EverFlo Oxygen Concentrator Bundle with OPI - 5 LPM

I compared leasing a unit vs. purchasing one and it was by far less expensive over 2 years to own my machine. Company was very helpful to work with . No pressure at all.

The machine works fine, but it is very loud. It seems to vibrate quite a bit as well so if you use the humidification the bottle vibrates on the machine and makes it even louder. I've since purchased a Stratus 5 and been much happier with it.

I always have a back-up O2 Concentrator in case my Medicare paid Machine breaks down. The Everflo is the best machine I've ever had. It's easy to unpack, connect and run. Even though I had to pay out of pocket for this one I am not anxious when my Medicare provided DeVilbiss Machine needs work. I especially like the water bottle on the upper portion of the tall machine. I do not have to bend over from my chair or wheelchair to add water.

This item came in the box and ready to use! Buying from Direct Home Medical saved me many dollars being billed to Medicare and had a warranty! This is the second one of this machine and I bought a Phillips portable from last October! Their prices are much better than the medical supply stores in town! I highly recommend Direct Home Medical oh Yes, their supplies are very reasonable!

I have Aspirin Exacerbated Respiratory Disease. I have been using an Oxygen machine at night since 2017. I purchased my first machine back in 2020 to save on a monthly insurance deductible. Recently, my machine quit working. I placed an order for a replacement Philip Respironics EverFlo on Saturday and had my new machine on Wednesday. got here in great shape in its original box,perfect condition, no marks or scratches , had .02 hrs on it, runs good,a bit loud but not bad, i was renting the same thing that was a little quieter but maybe after some time running (break in ) it might quiet down, but its really not that bad, easy to order, i had my script already from my Dr. will pay for itself within 4 months i dont have insurance so i was renting one out of my own pocket, paying 4 months of renting will pay for this in full so i will be saving a lot of money!!! worth every penny in the long run easy !!

This bundle is an excellent value . Customer service was just so very helpful . This was my first purchase of a concentrator and their response time was excellent in answering any questions I had about purchasing my unit . I sleep so much better at night . This has all the hoses and connections needed , is a nice looking unit and not loud at all . I'm very pleased .

ordering and delivery were good. Appreciated email when doctor had not sent in prescription timely. Appreciated tracking & having signature on delivery as I was nervous about where they might leave it. UPS driver was very careful and even brought it inside our door. I thought the 2L would be set up as it seemed to be a requirement of the prescription. Was a little freaked out when the alarms kept going off. Also, 2 days later alarms started going off again & with this model it could be too little or too much 02, so somewhat disappointed as I thought the OPI was supposed to be more than just a bubble in a tube. It would be much better if we at least had error codes or digital readout. Manual that comes with it is vague and of little help.
