got what I needed in reasonable time

I am a regular customer of cannulas and occasionally buy filters so I can change them frequently, as I use oxygen 24/7. I ordered 3 filters and opened them up tonight and the filter had all kinds of white particles inside the filter, so much that it was falling out into the little bags they come in. How does the person packing the boxes not see this? I put one of these on my concentrator before I really looked at the other filters and noticed the little white shavings, plastic or some other kind of material. I ended up opening my concentrator and am using it without a filter right now because I have no idea what this stuff is. This is unacceptable.

The filter is a perfect fit. While the mfg recommends changing once a year, I change it every six months. Direct Home Medical is my go to for O2 products because they always have exactly what I need. The prices are inexpensive and the delivery is fast.
