Eclipse 5 Portable Oxygen Concentrator Bundle (Continuous Flow & Pulse Dose)

I know it says portable but it’s to heavy so I just use it faithfully in my home .. I like the way I can go from continuous to pulse sometimes I need a bit more than 3 continuous but when it is on 4 or above it sounds like the machine is trying to keep up and I end up going to 3.5 instead of 4 this is also my go to when my Electric goes out on bad weather etc etc I also own a Inogen G5 I feel the eclipse 5 is more powerful ..

purchased machine on advice from DHM. Had used one on loan from my Medicare DME supp;ier and was happy with performance. Asked DHM about comparable performance vs another machine. Gotthe answer Ia expected. this machine has given me my freedom. I take it with me when my travels require a sleepover.

It was nice but the lady who sold it didn't seem to care that I had final stage COPD.

The unit is great. The rep that sold it left a little to be desired, she was nice but seemed in a hurry and didn't really care if she made a sale. Which I like, but there is a point where someone needs a little compassion. I do have last stage COPD and I just thought the rep might consider my feelings more.

This oxygen concentrator works perfectly, it is light and has a battery for when you leave home with it, it is on wheels and has a telescoping handle much like a rolling suitcase. It arrived quickly and was exactly as presented!

The machine appears to operate ok but I can't use it away from the house because I only received one of the three batteries I ordered. Two hours operational time is cutting it too close for appointments. I wish they would make some type of clip on the handle of the cart to keep the tubing away from the wheels. Even my 7 ft. gets caught when I'm pausing and moving.

Delivery was very quick, I have purchased before, not sure why the 2 prong outlet does not work in my vehicle, will call tech support, the 12volt works fine

While it took two business days to process the order and ship, it arrive timely and has been put to good use (@ 8,000 feet and attached to a c-pap in our motorhome).

This purchase was for a replacement for a SeQual Eclipse 3. We had used the Eclipse 3 for approximately 13 years with one overall in that time frame. The eclipse 5 has the ability to charge the battery while plugged into DC power. A major update. I use Eclipse 5 on 2 LPM continuous, so that ability to charge the. Eclipse on DC power is extremely important. I would recommend the Eclipse 5 from Directhomemedical.com.

it was my fault not to review/investigate other portable continuous flow concentrators. i was in a hurry to have one for a trip via plane. My mother, 81yrs didnt have time to try out the unit prior to traveling. There were problems getting the entire order shipped the same time, the second package arriving 4 hours prior to the time leaving for airport. So, dont be in a hurry...find out actual amt. of battery time for liter flow, ease or lack of ability to manouver said wt. of unit, if there is a trail period. ( barely fits underneath seat of airplane, must take off wheeled carring cart).

When you save a bundle on a really good product, there is nothing to be said. Would have like the option for buying 2 more years warranty. This is our second machine. First one has been repaired twice, and close to five years old. It still works but 2 machines provide peace of mind when traveling. Only drop back is it is 18 it’s.

Eclipse 5 is my second Sequal machine that I purchased . I owned an Eclipse 3 prior to this one. It was time for a new machine had the old machine for 9 yrs. I dreaded buying a new one do to price. Still unhappy regarding information relative to registering or initiating product warranty

I am new to oxygen therapy so I haven't had a lot of experience with all the ins and outs yet. So far we have been pleased with the ease of operation of it in the car while traveling . We have not tried using the battery to see how long it will last but will do so soon. It is quiet which I like.It was delivered very quickly which was nice. Using my rewards was a little confusing but finally got the things I ordered very quickly also.
