One of the most unique features of the AirFit P30i Nasal Pillow Mask is its top-of-the-head tubing connection with 360° swivel. Because your sleep therapy tube attaches at the crown of the head it is always out sight and out of the way, providing you with a clear field of view for reading, watching TV, or getting close to your bed partner. The 360° swivel means the tubing can always be channeled behind you... it's never in your face, and it doesn't weigh you down like more traditional tubing connections!
SOFT, SPRINGFIT FRAME PROVIDES A CUSTOM FIT
The AirFit P30i's soft, silicone SpringFit Frame stretches and flexes, adapting to movement during the night to provide a stable, personalized fit even for the most active sleepers. Air flows through the frame to the quick-release elbow at the top of the head so it easy to disconnect and reconnect tubing if you need to get up at night. Frame wraps are included on the P30i so soft fabric touches your face rather than hard plastic or silicone.

The P30i is designed to slide quickly on and off to make your bedtime routine easier. The headgear attaches and adjusts with convenient soft Velcro straps at the back of the head; and because of the single strap design it's great for a variety of men's and women's hairstyles. With just three parts to clean the AirFit P30i is easy to maintain as well.
SIZED TO FIT
P30i Nasal Pillows are available in three sizes to fit a wide range of users. You can choose the pillow size you prefer in your shopping cart; or if you're not sure which size you need you can purchase a Starter Pack with all three sizes. For added customization P30i masks are available with two different frame sizes. Most users will prefer the Standard frame regardless of their pillow size; but Small frames are also available in your shopping cart.

Great for side sleepers
Great mask for people who sleep on their side. Turning over is a lot easier with the top of the head tubing. Laying on your side doesn't always break the mask seal and when it does it is easy to adjust so you get good pressure.

I'll stick with P10
I'm new to CPAP (5 months) and learning a lot about the machines and masks and settings. I quickly discovered that Nasal Pillows work best for me and the P10 has been good - so far. A friend suggested Direct Home Medical and this was my first order. I was curious if the top of head connection design (P30i) would be better than the very basic looking P10, but it wasn't. For me, the ease and simplicity of the P10 just makes the process so much less hassle, and I get a really good seal that's light and comfortable. The order process and shipping from Direct Home Medical was easy and fast, plus the 30 night trial / return policy made it a no-brainer to give a new pillow/headgear design a try. I'm sticking with the P10.

ResMed AirFit F30i vs Airfit P30i
I started with the ResMed AirFit F30i Full Face CPAP Mask and hated every second I had to wear it. It was hell trying to get a seal on the mask, which blow into my eyes and made them dry and irritated. I had to put medical white tape under my nose and along the sides of my nostrils to prevent chapping. I tried using all three mask sizes and the wide worked the best but the hard plastic on the mask still dug into my cheeks. I had fought all night with the F30i and I never felt rested and was always tired during the day. ResMed Airfit P30i Nasal Pillows Mask has been the best for me. It is very comfortable and the nasal pillows are soft and flexible providing a leak free seal. I have had a little irrtation in one of my nostrils but I been using vasaline at night and it has help. I have been sleeping four plus hours a night and feel rested during the day. It took some training for me to keep from breathing through my mouth when using the nasal pillows ( I now make sure that I'm only breathing through my nose during the day). Well that is all I can say, others may like the F30i better, I just found the P30i works for me.

The AirFit P30i is a dream
I have struggled for years with CPAP headgear. It's either too tight, too loose, leaks, makes noise, blows air in my face, whatever. Kept up all night adjusting a mask. It completely defeated the purpose of helping me sleep better. I absolutely hated wearing it. Until this one. The hose connection being on top of the head is a genius idea, for one thing. I'm a side sleeper and this is perfect for anyone (side or back), plus it keeps the air exhaust out of your face. The nose pillows are comfortable and do not leak. There's no eye or face blockage with this mask either. I would highly recommend this mask.
