ResMed's ComfiSoft Cradle Cushions come standard with all AirTouch N30i Nasal CPAP/BiPAP Masks. They can also be used as an alternate cushion interface with AirFit N30i and AirFit P30i Masks. N30i ComfiSoft Cushions are available in three sizes -- Small Wide, Medium and Large.

ResMed's AirFit N30i ComfiSoft Cradle Nasal Cushions sit comfortably and unobtrusively under your nose, so it's easy to sleep on your side or stomach. ComfiSoft Cushions have a fabric surface where they touch your skin for a super soft, natural feel.
SIZING: ComfiSoft Cradle Nasal Cushions are available in three sizes -- SmallWide, Medium and Large -- to fit a wide range of users. Any size ComfiSoft cushion can be used with any AirTouch N30i, AirFit N30i or AirFit P30i CPAP/BiPAP Mask. If you would like to try a different cushion size, simply purchase the one you prefer and install it on your existing mask frame. ComfiSoft Cushion sizes are indicated by large letters printed on the side of the cushion: a purple SW for SmallWide, a blue M for Medium, or a gray L for Large.

Comfort Plus
I tried the silicon version of this nasal cushion. It was sticky and uncomfortable to the point I was trying to McGyver some sort of cover to keep the silicon from touching my face. This little cushion is a much more elegant solution to my problem. If you aren't sure of your size you could try the nose gage but trying the sizing in real life is much better. I thought I was a small but a small wide is almost perfect. If I have to use CPAP this is the cushion I choose.
