The low profile design helps reduce the pinching and red marks common to many full face mask designs; but it's also perfect for people who wear glasses or like to read at night. It can even help reduce feelings of claustrophobia.
PLUSH FABRIC HEADGEAR & MAGNETIC CLIPS
Plush fabric headgear, specifically designed for extra softness and stability, is included with all F30 masks. Rolled-edge fabric straps on the headgear are designed to be worn loosely so the UltraCompact cushion can adapt to your individual facial contours without excessive pressure. Leaks
The issue I have with his is that it always leaks, no matter how tight I pull the straps, when I pull the straps tight I have pain in my nose. It does not work for me.

2nd toughest one to deal with
I bought this mask because the one that covers my nose and mouth was also pushing lightly against my eyes during the night. I woke up every morning with eye crud. I got this new mask with nose pillows in hopes that it would work well as I had much success with just plain nose pillows before. I have been trying for weeks to get it adjusted to fit just right, Last night I gave up and went back to my older mask. With this mask I could not find a happy spot, it was either too loose and leaking, or too tight and causing pain, neither of which are conducive to sleeping.

Nose headgear
The nose seems to collect nose moisture more than I am comfortable with . The chin area rises up a bit when sleeping suffocating my lower lip .Probably not a heat Inwikk reorder

Second CPAP
I purchased this machine online as I am unable to climb stairs by myself and my bedroom is currently on the second floor. I purchased this machine to keep in the downstairs area so that II could take nap during day if necessary. IIt has been quite satisfactory except it keeps registering a red face for losing air when the mask is on. I am going to experiment with changing the tightness of the straps as I have no problem with the machine I have upstairs and it has the same mask.

Feels like the magnets aren't as strong.
I've been I bought this set before and this one seems like the magnet connection isn't as strong. It's a nightly problem. I have tried adjusting the head gear but it still comes disconnected.

Sore Ears & Leaking
AirFit 30, small mask size, me: 5'10", 165#, nothing else unusual about my facial features. The air ports under the nose have to be set rather precisely and then hope they stay there all night. Also got a fair amount of leaking, esp. if my mouth had any movement, or I laid on my side. I was still constantly adjusting the unit after 2 mos. of use. If the straps are pulled tight enough to force the mask in place I ended up with the the straps cutting into the tops of my ears where they passed to where several nights I unknowingly ripped the mask off during my sleep. Very nice design re: the hose attachment/de-attachment at the mask frame, the magnetic attachments had their good aspects and some not so good.

Breathe easy
The cushion is comfortable and airflow makes breathing through nose easier. Seals well around the mouth with no annoying leaks . Very comfortable. No irritation on bridge of the nose or forehead like full face masks. Would definitely recommend . Particularly for mouth breathers.

Leaks
Needed a ResMed mask for the AirSense 10. This feels comfortable but air leaks at corners of my mouth and nose, and leaves a mustache rash above my lip. Size small might work better on the nose portion but size medium barely covers the edge of my mouth. We all vary on facial dimensions. It would be nice to have masks that are more accommodating.
