I ordered the AC power cord because the price was the best I found and it was exactly what I needed. I started needing the whole charging unit and ordered what I thought was a complete charger based to the displayed ad showing the separate AC power cord with ther charger unit and its cord that attaches to the portable oxygen concentrator. But when the shipment arrived there was no power cord. I made several attempts to contact the company but they just completely ignored me. I wrote them up for it and they did not get a good rating for sure, BUT since then they have added in bold type that the power cord is not included. Outfits like that should be prosecuted.

Needed a cord for DreamStation Auto to travel. Leaving my power cord pluged in and taking just power supply cord with the longer cord on trips. Works great!

The Power cord for my husbands portable air machine, went for a walk and never returned home. This is the second, really the third company I tried to replace the cord.
