The product itself is fine; my dissatisfaction is with this company’s customer service. I ordered this product and chose shipping speed based on the delivery date provided. However it was delayed three times and the company was unwilling to provide any support or compensation - they blamed USPS and told me it was in-transit. Then they told me if I wanted compensation, I could return the item (that I had not yet received) and pay a 15% re-stocking fee. It was poorly handled, I will not order from them again.
