Breas SlimStyle Hose Tubing for CPAP & BiPAP Machines
SlimStyle Tubing, from Breas, is specially designed for Z1 & Z2 Travel CPAP Machines but it is also compatible with a wide range of other CPAP and BiPAP machines that have "15mm" or "slim" tubing options. SlimStyle Tubing is approximately 6 feet long and has an inner diameter of 15mm.
USAGE: SlimStyle tubing is designed to attach to the Custom Tubing Adapter on any Z1 or Z2 CPAP Machine; but it will also work with any machine that has 15 millimeter or "Slim" tubing capabilities and uses standard tubing connections. Be sure to select the appropriate "15MM" or "slim" tubing option on your machine to ensure proper sleep therapy pressure prior to use. Quick shipment! Exactly what I wanted.
I ordered 4' slim line hose for my Dreamstation with a DreamWare mask. Everything is great -- I thought moving to a shorter hose would make hose management better. It does, but I have to be careful I don't move too far away as it will pull the machine to the edge of the nightstand. I'll try it in my camper and see if the 4' is more suitable there. That's on me, but now I know. DHM CPAP products are great -- they are always as described, reasonably priced, and shipped fast. I think I got my hoses in two days to Georgia.

Not my preference
I thik some of the excess noise with the travel unit is caused by the slim style hose tubing. Before I had a discussion with the company rep and found out I could use my conventional hose with this unit, I had ordered a second one. Will not be ordering again.
