Mobile DC Power Converter Cord for AirSense 10, AirStart 10 & AirCurve 10 Machines

Was previously using a 300w battery pack and had to charge it somehow or other via 110v which took quite some time. Now I can use my CPAP via the cigarette lighter port in our truck camper. Battery consumption is practically zero. Big thumbs up.

Did not work. Had to pay an electrician to fix the wiring.

I love the product. It functions and performs, as advertised. One aspect that is completely out of the control of this products' manufacturer...most likely, you will have to leave your key in the ignition switch and turned on. This MIGHT leave other components of your vehicle drawing power concurrently with your CPAP. So make sure that you have a STRONG battery and test on shorter durations, if possible. You don't want to be stranded in a remote location with the possibility of a jump start. The second consideration is that most car batteries aren't designed for regular, deep drains in voltage. This is because they typically have an alternator that provides an on-going charge while under heavy use. Ideally, this product is used in conjunction with a secondary DEEP CYCLE battery that is better suited for large depletion of voltage, followed by long recharging periods. BUT, the product itself performs quite well and is extremely beneficial in many situations!

This is just what I needed to use my cpap with an external battery. Reasonably priced and fast shipping.

There are plenty of places that I could of purchased the DC converter cord; chose DHM from reviews online. Bought the DC/DC converter for 'dry' camping. Ran it off a modest Goal Zero (400 Lithium) solar generator for several nights and it worked great. Only used 5-10% of the capacity per night, so I should be good for camping as long as I want, with the solar panel.

I used the Mobile DC Power Converter Cord for my Resmed Air 10 CPAP machine for the entire month of May 2018 while traveling in our RV vehicle across the U.S.--whenever we camped nights where there was no regular 110V power available. It worked perfectly on the 12 volt system. Just be sure that you have a 12 V circuit that can handle at least 5 amps of current.

Cord is too short. Plastic seems flimsy for multiple uses.
