The first item that I received was damaged in the mail. A replacement was sent immediately and arrived in perfect condition.

The hose is a small- and shouldn’t be nearly as expensive as it is. I’m not sure who is responsible for setting the price- the seller or manufacture. It’s not good either way.

I've ordered my a-pap supplies from Direct Home Medical for a few years now, and have seldom been disappointed. The products are the same I bought from a medical supply store at a much lower price. Occasionally, like in this case, I miss an essential piece that I think is included with something else, but I can quickly order the missing part.

This is a nice and light product. My only complant is that the exhaust port could be a little farther away from the swivel. If you move around much while sleeping, you can get some air on your face. Making the swivel a half inch longer I think would make a great difference. Over all I recommend this product.
