Paptizer CPAP Sanitizer from Liviliti uses ultraviolet C (UVC) light to kill up to 99% of germs and bacteria that may be present on CPAP masks, tubing, and water chambers. Paptizer features a compact design that can be easily transported and is compatible with a range of CPAP machines and other household items.
The Paptizer, which utilizes 40 UV-C LEDs, has undergone laboratory testing and has been verified to eliminate germs and bacteria such as e. coli, staphylococcus aureus (staph bacteria), candida albicans (fungal diseases), and p. aeruginosa (bacteria that causes infections). To provide optimal sanitization, the Paptizer has five sides and a reflective bottom that can eliminate 99% of the bacteria present on your CPAP equipment. The Paptizer provides 360-degree coverage and can disinfect any item that fits inside the device, including glasses, wallets, keys, and electronics, using only the "Fast Sanitize" cycle.
USES UVC LED TO SANITIZE
UVC LED sanitizers use ultraviolet C (UVC) light to disinfect CPAP equipment and other objects by killing 99% of bacteria, viruses, and other harmful microorganisms. UVC light has a wavelength between 200 and 280 nanometers and is effective at destroying the genetic material of microorganisms, preventing them from reproducing.
3 MINUTE SANITIZATION
Save time with Paptizer – the fast sanitization process uses a combination of 40 multidirectional LED’s eliminating 99% of bacteria and viruses from your CPAP equipment at the simple touch of a button in only 3 minutes.
GREAT FOR NON-CPAP ITEMS AS WELL
The Paptizer is a great cleaning device so don't limit it to CPAP masks and accessories. Paptizer can safely and quickly sanitize a variety of other household and medical products -- including dentures, hearing aids, toothbrushes, cellphones, and more.
SAVE MONEY: NO REPLACEMENT PARTS OR FILTERS REQUIRED!
Unlike other CPAP Sanitizers, Paptizer doesn't require any ongoing maintenance, adapters, filters or replacement parts. If the exterior or interior of the unit gets dirty it can be wiped down with a soft cloth; but beyond that your Paptizer should never require any upkeep.

Is the Liviliti Paptizer safe to use?
Yes. The Liviliti PAPtizer is designed with built-in safety features, including an automatic shut-off mechanism that immediately stops the sanitization cycle if the lid is opened. This ensures that UV-C light exposure is completely contained, protecting your eyes and skin. The PAPtizer is also rigorously tested for electrical and operational safety, so you can sanitize your items with peace of mind.
Can I use my phone in the Liviliti Paptizer?
Yes — you can safely sanitize electronics such as smartphones, remote controls, or earbuds, as long as they fit inside the chamber. However, these items should only be sanitized using the Fast Sanitize cycle, which is designed for quick disinfection without prolonged heat or light exposure that could harm sensitive electronics.
Is there an alert to inform me when my product is clean?
Yes. The PAPtizer includes a clear LED countdown timer that shows the remaining sanitization time, so you always know when the process is complete. When your cycle finishes, the unit will emit a double beep to signal that your items are sanitized and ready for use—no guessing required.
Is the Paptizer ozone, activated oxygen, and mercury free?
Yes, absolutely. The Liviliti PAPtizer uses advanced UV-C LED technology rather than traditional mercury bulbs. This means it’s completely ozone-free and mercury-free, providing safe, chemical-free sanitization. Because it doesn’t rely on ozone or activated oxygen, there’s no waiting period or lingering odor after use.
Can I stop washing my equipment if I use a sanitizer?
No. While the PAPtizer effectively kills germs, bacteria, and viruses, it does not remove physical debris or residue like oils, dead skin, or makeup. It’s important to continue hand-washing your CPAP supplies or other equipment according to the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions before using the sanitizer. Think of sanitizing as the final step after cleaning — not a replacement for it.
If I wash my equipment, does it have to be completely dry before sanitizing?
Yes. For optimal performance, your equipment should be completely dry before placing it in the PAPtizer. Moisture can block UV-C light from reaching all surfaces evenly, which may reduce sanitization effectiveness. Allow your mask, tubing, or accessories to air-dry fully before use for the best possible results.
Is there a smell from using the sanitizer?
Sometimes. Like many sanitizing processes, the PAPtizer may produce a slight odor after use — this is normal and usually fades quickly. The smell often comes from residual organic materials on your equipment reacting during sanitization. To minimize it, make sure your items are clean and free of debris or oils before placing them in the unit.
What is “UV-C” or Ultraviolet C?
UV-C, short for Ultraviolet-C light, is a natural part of the ultraviolet light spectrum from the sun, though it’s filtered out by Earth’s atmosphere before reaching the ground. Artificial UV-C light has been developed for safe, controlled use in disinfecting air, water, and medical equipment. It’s often called “germicidal light” because of its proven ability to destroy microorganisms at the DNA level.
Why are UV-C LEDs also called germicidal lamps?
UV-C LEDs emit a precise wavelength of light that can kill or deactivate bacteria, viruses, and fungi by damaging their genetic material. This ability to stop microorganisms from reproducing makes them powerful tools for infection control and sanitization across healthcare, food safety, and consumer devices like the PAPtizer.
How exactly does UV-C light kill germs?
When microorganisms are exposed to UV-C light, the radiation penetrates their cell walls and disrupts their DNA or RNA. This damage prevents the germs from reproducing or functioning normally, rendering them harmless. Essentially, UV-C light neutralizes pathogens at the molecular level, preventing the spread of illness and ensuring a cleaner, safer environment for your equipment.

Good price but some issues
A reasonable price. But the latch sticks and I have to manually "flick" it to get it into position to latch the next time I close the lid.

Wish I had this to begin with
I had the SoClean 1 which worked very well. Then the 3 came out and my 1 was getting old so I got the 3. It has many issues with the hose and discoloring my head gear. To find out it is not good for the air sense 10. So I looked at this and got it. WHAT A DIFFERENCE.!!! It’s so muck quicker, quieter, and IMO cleans way better. I highly recommend this unit for cleaning.

Very Good Product, Excellent Customer Service
The Paptizer UVC LED Smart CPAP Sanitizer is for the most part easy to use and effectively addresses a real problem with CPAP accessories. The unit size accommodates (with a bit of placement maneuvering) CPAP humidifier tanks, hoses, masks, et al. The control buttons are a bit confusing, but with "practice" they do what is needed. The unit is quiet, but does take up a fair bit of counter space. Not something I would travel with. Direct Med has proven to be a well run and reliable source for my CPAP needs.

Works great
Like most on here, I have accumulated lot of CPAP supplies. I typically go 2-3 weeks between washes of equipment but will use 6-8 nasal pillows, 2-3 sets of tubing, and 2-3 headgears in that time. Then I consolidate my washing one Saturday and have a lot of stuff to dry. So I bought this, not for the UV aspect (although UV is bad for germs), but just for the drying setting which works great and saves me a bunch of time and dries everything really well. I’ll also blast my current active nasal pillow on the 3 minute UV setting while getting ready for. I first thought these things were just UV light, but this one with a heated dry setting has made my life a lot easier, and the UV function is just a bonus. I will always have one of these from now on.
