Great unit at a great price
My wife had been using a Stratus 5 (nice, quiet machine) but after the third one died at just over 11,000 hours, we decided it was time to move on. I saw the Voxi 5 on sale at DirectHomeMedical.com and jumped. This machine is at least as quiet as the Stratus 5 - even perhaps a bit quieter. Only complaints I have involved shipping via UPS: UPS managed to lose the first attempted shipment... but DirectHomeMedical then shipped a replacement via UPS 2nd Day Air (kudos!). However, the factory packaging appeared inadequate. Both top and bottom Styrofoam braces were shattered. Fortunately, the braces absorbed any shock and the unit itself was undamaged. Not sure if UPS caused the damage or if it was shipped in this condition... but the result is I do not have the necessary internal bracing should I need to ship this unit to Inogen for maintenance.
