Lacking
Cannot charge unit while in backpack, not convenient at all makes it unusable for extended use, travel etc. Either the backpack or the unit needs to be redesigned.

Deficient design
The backpack seems to be well made and certainly has excellent storage space for items other than the concentrator. However it has one serious design flaw. The charge point in the concentrator cannot be reached without totally unzipping the compartment that holds the device. That makes it very awkward to travel with when you want to use the concentrator at the same time as you continue to charge it to extend battery usage life. I had a different backpack that has a space between the open storage and the concentrator compartment that allowed easy access to the charge point. Unfortunately that pack was well designed but poorly made and fell apart.

must remove unit from pack to charge
poor design if power jack was on the side instead of behind the unit it would be much better or if they provided a short power cable to reach out of the pack it would eliminate the problem. would not recommend this pack
