I love this tubing!

I use this and it completely prevents rain out, even with the humidifier set at 5. I still use a hose cozy as I sleep with a fan and the breeze cools the heated tube off enough to keep it from working. I replace it about once a year, and wash it once a month or so, I've never had any problems. I hope they keep making it!

Great - will no longer buy regular hose

I had bought a Hybernite heated tubing and power supply for my Respironics system one CPAP. I travel with it and of course each different TSA (even in the same city) treats the CPAP differently. Some want everything taken out for examination, some only take out the machine, some don't take anything out at all. Eventually their manhandling was going to break something. The first to break was the hybernite tubing. I had to deal with rainout for a week until I got home and the new one had arrived.

It tore in less than 4 months

The tubing worked in that I did not have any rainout. However, even when heat was set at OFF the tube was warm which was annoying on a warm night. Off should mean off. Then the tubing tore after less than 4 months. I would have to buy the replacement tube but I am not interested in spending that every 4 months.
