A good choice
Pros: Product helps stop durable equipment providers from bilking Medicare. Available discount helps a lot. As quiet in use as previously used competitive products. Pressure swing internal technology is durable and maintenance free. Air inlet replacement filter is reasonably priced given my dusty high dessert environment. Good customer service. Cons: oxygen delivery alarm indicator takes a minute or so to turn green at my 7200 foot elevation. The supplied tubing package is completely useless to me and a total environmental waste. All I need is a 20 foot connection tube to my humidified CPAP. This tubing had to be purchased separately after the prompt receipt of the concentrator.

Such a relief - what a satisfying experience!!
My previous oxygen concentrator died last year, and we spent over SIX MONTHS trying to get it fixed. Finally, we were told it had been discontinued and no parts were available. After hunting around the internet, we were guided to DirectHomeMedical.com and made some progress at long last. We picked out the Compact 525DS Oxygen Concentrator Bundle - 5 LPM, and everyone throughout the purchase process was SO polite and helpful - from uploading my prescription to tracking my concentrator across country. The concentrator and accessories arrived all in "ship shape", and we got everything set up in short order. My old concentrator started having issues (naturally out of warranty) and after getting an estimate to replace the sieve beds it was cheaper to buy an new unit (with a new warranty) than fix the old one. Shipping was fast and this DeVilbis is way quieter than my old PerfectO2 which bothered my wife when she slept.
