This replacement Foam Cushion & Silicone Seal Pack is designed for all Aclaim 2 (HC401) and FlexiFit 405 (HC405) Nasal CPAP Masks.
This cushion uses FlexiFit foam air technology to conform to most noses and facial features.
SIZING: Aclaim2 and FlexiFit 405 masks use a single frame size so either cushion and seal pack size can be used regardless of the size currently being used on your mask.
