ComfortLite 2 Mask (DISCONTINUED 2014)

Very disappointed that the Comfort Lite 2 has been discontinued. I am a patient advocate for an 84 yr. old with severe finger neuropathy. This is the only mask that he has been able to use independently. It goes on with ease. He has tried 3 other styles & found them very difficult to use. Extremely frustrating! My mother also had this mask, and although she is now using an updated version with magnetic clips, she definitely prefers the Comfort Lite 2 mask.

You guys rock! My Home Care supplier can no longer acquire this product due to it being discontinued by Respironics. Have been using the "new and improved" replacement for it: WISP and hate it! Leaves full impression on my face that lasts all day which is quite embarrassing when having to work with people. So glad I found your site.

This is the best mask on the market for comfort. Nothing touches your face except the nasal cushion, great for sleeping on your side and I love how the hose comes from the top which makes it easy to turn in bed without hose problems. I have used this for several years. Please do not take it off the market.

Product was as advertised & arrived in a timely manner. The configuration took a bit of getting used to but ultimately does what it's supposed to do.

I have used the ComfortLite 2 Dual Interface CPAP mask and headgear for years and have been extremely satisfied with it. Have you heard that it is being discontinued? I was told that was the case by a medical person recently. If so I am very disappointed as I tried some others (including the new WISP) and dislike them very much. Too much strapping on the face and neck. I felt like I was in a harness. I love the Comfortlite 2!

I have used nasal masks in the past, but this is much more comfortable. The headgear is easier to wear than my old nasal mask. The actual nasal seal and nasal mask both are more comfortable to wear than what I have used before. I will definitely be looking for these in the future!

This is my favorite kind of mask and have not bothered to try others because of how well this one works for me. I am grateful that this site had it available; I have been hearing it has been discontinued.

I love this CPAP mask. For the first time since I started wearing a CPAP, my face is not all "bound up". I love that it sits on my head and comes down from my forehead to my nose. I do wish the part over the forehead was a LITTLE lighter-weight, but it is a small price to pay for the rest of the comfort. I love all the nasal attachments I ordered, as well.

Not worth the Money. Poor Design. Will not stay put on your head.

this mask is wonderful ! It sits comfortably on my head without any tightness or discomfort. It takes a few minutes to adjust all the straps and the simple cushion mask adjuster, works just fine. Recommend it to anyone with sensitive/tenderness in the cerebellum area. This works! Good price and good service from Direct Home Medical.

Direct Home Medical is a great source for CPAP patients. When I purchased the same mask with headgear several years ago from a local source, the source only provided ONE mask with the headgear rather than the complete set of 4 (2 sizes each of 2 types). The only reason I knew that the "ComfortLite 2 Dual Interface CPAP Mask Pack with Headgear" is supposed to come with more than one mask is that my sister uses the same mask/headgear set and she advised me to try the second type of mask which I did not have. I marched into my local source demanding the second type of mask and they gave me ONE, but they failed to give me the little coupling needed to attach it to the headgear requiring ANOTHER trip to demand it. I don't need the grief and I don't need to pay a medical provider to break up sets and cheat me out of something I have already paid for. Direct Home Medical is honest providing a complete, quality product at a fair price. Shipping/delivery is quick, too. As for the "ComfortLite 2", it is great. The headgear with mask is extremely comfortable and it doesn't cause puffiness under my eyes or obvious "dents" around my mouth or across my cheeks. (I do get a small dent on my forehead if I sleep on my side.) Best of all, I get a good seal with the masks provided AND a great night's sleep.

I've been using this style for several years and it works well for me. I like not having straps going across my face.

Great fit, I am able to lie on my side and not hit the nose piece and break the seal. I like the top hose with 360 swivel.I really like that the device has two ways to adjust the fit.

Not only was I impressed by the speed ans accuracy of what I ordered, but it was sent with a travel bag all still packaged from the factory. Great quality and customer service.

The Comfortlite 2 is exactly what I expected. It looked so much more comfortable than all the previous CPAP headgear I have tried. As it turns out it is much more comfortable. The quality & durability are excellent. There are only a couple of improvements I would recommend to make it perfect. Some of us have pointed heads and the gear tends to move up on my head. During the night it pushes on my nose and makes it sore. I resolved the problem with a homemade chin strap and it now stays in place even when I roll around trying to get comfortable. The other inprovement I would recomend is how the hose leaves the head gear. Right now it turns 90 deg. and swivels from side to side (180 deg). I would prefer a straight connection with swivel 360 deg. I hang my hose on the my head board and it allows me to turn over without laying on the hose. I got the best nights sleep in a long time once I made these adjustments. Your shipping was a lot quicker than I expected, packing was great. Thanks

This mask is very disappointing in the way that it fits. I have tried both the nose mask and the nose pillows and neither one fits properly. I still find that I snore with this mask which with the Opus mask that I had before this one I did not have this problem. The nose pillows are not formed correctly because the angle of the part that is supposed to make contact with your nose is off center which makes it impossible to get a good seal. The overall nose mask does not make a good seal either. This makes the whole mask useless. I understand that I cannot return the mask for hygienic reasons but I feel that I wasted my money on this mask.
