they dont seem to last very long for me. I dont use my unit a lot as it doesnt work as well as my large stationary concentrator. only having the settings of 2,3 there is no half setting. always need changing after only a few uses of no more than a couple of hours each time. i dont go out a lot because the pulse isnt the best for me.

I had been trying to lug a 6.8lb POC around when I needed portable oxygen. That was hard and just made me shorter of breath quicker. The Inogen 4 is a wonder. It increases my ease of mobility. Its intelligent dosing system lets me take a nap wherever I am rather than relying on my big stationary concentrator. I also like the long and short strap combo.

You always have the parts I need in stock and I receive them quickly.

It was very easy ordering. But (yes there's always a but) No one told me when I purchased my G4 that I would have to replace the columns. After spending $2000.00 I thought 99.00 was outrageous. Of course I had no recourse, I had to come up with the 99.00 or my machine would be worthless. Sad state of mind, once you purchase you'd think you were done. Of course, I love the machine, and Direct Home Medical is very good at what they do. Package arrived very fast. Excellent company to deal with.
