Inogen One® G3®, G4®, G5® & Inogen® Rove 4, Rove 6 DC Power Adapter
This DC Power Cord is designed specifically for use with Inogen One G3 & G4 Portable Oxygen Concentrator. The DC cord allows you to power your concentrator from standard DC Power Outlets like those found in most cars, boats and other vehicles.
When attached to DC Power the Inogen One G3 or G4 will operate as usual and WILL recharge any battery, that is currently attached to the concentrator, as long as sufficient power is available.
USAGE: To prevent the potential of blown fuses or port damage, the manufacturer recommends that DC outlets have a minimum 15 Amp output when using this cord.

Car charger. Bad experience.
When using the power cord in the car to recharge the Inogen we learned not to touch the end that you plug into your car. It gets so hot I received a 2nd degree burn. I do not know if anyone else has had this problem but we do not recommend them.

replacement pwr cord
I received a factory replacement, it looks great. I have some concern with it because the original overheated and destroyed itself. If it happens again I will be discuss this with Inogen, otherwise it was an anomaly.

This power cord is really great addition as we can put it in the car and leave it there so as to not have to unpack it for daily drives. Recommend it if you travel by car often so it is an extra that can be ready to power the Inogen one G3 POC... hope this can help.
