I wanted a simple chin strap to wrap around my head with a single closure. I had one I had used for years until it eventually wore out. This one seemed to fit the bill and was inexpensive. Well, cheap is what it is. This is a terrible, poorly made product. The nylon separates from the foam in a very short time, even after washing it by hand in cold water. Direct Home Medical had kindly sent me a replacement for the first one I had purchased that had failed. The second one had the same result. I recommend that Direct Home Medical remove it from their product list. It reflects poorly on the company.

They had what I was looking for when my normal respiratory supplier, Desert Medical, couldn't seem to fulfil what I wanted. They shipped it out promptly and I'd re-order it again in the future.

Used it twice and it fell apart. Don't buy this. It is a waste of money.

It is very light, but bulky and too slippery. I am going back to my old simple strap.

I do not use this Chinstrap to keep my mouth closed. I use it an an auxiliary strap to keep my Mask tight while sleeping. I have a pressure of 21, so it was very hard to keep it from leaking. This strap does the trick! Because it has a hole in the middle it fits over the hose, and I fasten it at the back of my neck.

Chinstrap is as advertised however tends to slip forward during sleep

Does good with my Adam Circuit Mask.

I find that this jaw/chin strap works well for me. Will try to slide off the crown of my head from time to time though mostly the CPAP head gear does well to assist holding it in place. I find it far more comfortable than the others which feel more like daredevils mask and very uncomfortable for sleeping. This is my feeling, others may have a different feeling. I would recommend this chin strap for the minimalist wanting the least amount of headgear for the greatest outcome.

This chin strap simply will not stay in place no matter how many adjustments I make. It slips off through the night so often than I cannot even say it is better than nothing. I will try another one with straps over the top and the back of the head. Buyer be ware on this product.

This item is very substantial. Allows for any size head and is make of a great quality material,.

too big for small heads, VELCRO overlapped beyond acceptable, material is not good for allergic folks....not good for my skin.....much less desirable than the ResMed one which I was provided first by the hospital

Would not stay on properly, not enough elastic, chin hole too small. Not near as good as the Adam Chinstrap.

This strap is made from thicker material than my old one and was considerably less cost.
