I have an older Fisher Paykel Icon APAP and was having trouble finding the heated Thermosmart hose for this device. DirectHomeMedical had the appropriate hose at the best price. The hose arrived in about 4 days. I was impressed with the service and price. Ordered a second hose as backup so I won't be using a duck taped hose while awaiting replacement

Excellent Product at Great Price
I read several reviews online, but was still a little wary. After searching around DirectHome Medical had the best price including shipping and accepted PayPal. The ThermoSmart hose works great with my F&P Icon. Now the air coming into my mask is warm and moist. Before using this hose, my humidifier would be about half empty in the mornings. Now it is less than a centimeter of water. This definitely has increased my comfort and reduced my dry mouth significantly.

No more rain out
One heck of a deal I have no problems with "rain out" condensation in the hose & face mask. I was worried it would be an aftermarket "supposed to fit" which drives me nuts. It was a F&P Icon replacement perfect fit.
