Universal Cart with Telescoping Handle for Eclipse Series Portable Oxygen Concentrators

Excellent customer service

Used daily, top handle is made out of plastic. It’s the weakest link in the cart. Second cart this year. Used some gorilla tape to add strength. This is only available cart. Will take pictures next time, thrown away.

Much sturdier than original handles. Telescoping buttons worked correctly. Big wheels made it easier to push/pull. Would have been nice to receive needed hardware with original item, but they did send me the bolts, washers and clips within a couple days. Glad to have this item.

The telescoping handles have to be treated gingerly or they won't fold down once damaged. It's very easy to damage them as I did with my first cart. It's so nice now with my new one to have a new fully functioning cart! Now I simply must use care with this one not to let it fall over/drop. The free shipping was appreciated and the shipping time was also very reasonable. Minimal assembly of the wheels to the cart is easy.

I purchased the Universal Cart to replace one that was broken by the airlines and I am thrilled with the cart and the service I received.

This cart is a great improvement of the original that requires removal to change the battery (whatever were they thinking?). The larger wheels allow it to now handle small deviations in pavement. The problem is these larger wheels don't fit into the wheelchair carrying sack and we had to leave it behind for the vacation I bought it for.

Have not used the Cart yet since I was able to repair my broken cart. I am holding it for backup for now. If it is the same as the others, it is a fair product. Not happy with the extending handle. Very delicate and does not stand up to a lot of use. Need to have extending handle be stronger and be able to take constant use. The handles on luggage are better quality than the handle on this cart. I use mine every day, mostly, in and out of the car, off to the gym, grocery stores, lunch, general shopping and living. Very frustrating when the handle gets off track and gets stuck in the up or down position. Please try to have the manufacturer correct this. I plan to be around for a long time and I forsee my going thru a few more carts. Not that I want to but it is a necessity if I am to have any quality of life. I only use the cart when I am out. This cart is very easy to put together & it makes it so nice to wheel around vs. carrying it around. Very easy to highly recommend it! We travel alot and its easy to take off concentrator when in airplane.
