Nasal Cushion for FlexiFit 407 CPAP Masks
This gray FlexiFoam Cushion is designed for use with all FlexiFit 407 (HC407) Nasal CPAP and BiPAP Masks. When in use the foam cushion is paired with a silicone seal (sold separately) to ensure a comfortable, leak free fit.
FlexiFit 407's gray cushion uses FlexiFit foam air technology to conform to most noses and facial features, while the frosted outer silicone seal (sold separately) provides added leak protection.
NOTE: In late 2022 Fisher & Paykel Healthcare updated the FlexiFit 407 cushion design with a more highly contoured edge to better fit a wider range of patient faces.

Not the same product
I ordered a replacement for my worn out foam insert. The advertised photo was identical to my current insert. What I received in the mail was not the same piece. It is a different shape than the original piece. When I used it, I had air leaks all night.See photo of original vs new one

Flexi-Foam mask
The foam insert I received is smaller than the original one I replaced. I called Home Medical CS the day after I received it to tell them it was not the same size. I was told they had heard this before, but it should expand in size with use and not be any different than the original. As of this review, 9/6/13, it has not expanded in size to be like the last one. In DHM's defense, I haven't had time to call back yet to request a replacement or refund. I rated this "ok" because it works, but it doesn't fit as well as the last one.
