Hole to small
The hole on one end is to small, restricts flow. Should at least be the size of a regular connector. Didn't cost much, not worth trying to send it back for a refund.

I really like the Salter swivel connectors. Previously used WestMed swivels, but the price is now over $5 each for them (Amazon) and they seemed to break rather easily, leaving a piece stuck down in the O2 tubing--meaning replacement of both the connector and the tubing. Salter connectors seem sturdier (no breakage to date).
