Disposable Ultra Fine Filter for Luna G3 & G3 X Series CPAP & BiPAP Machines
These optional Ultra Fine Filters are designed for use with all Luna G3 & G3 X Series CPAP & BiPAP machines. Using an Ultra Fine Filter, along with the standard Reusable Foam Filter, with your Luna G3 or Luna G3 X provides higher air filtration for a cleaner, fresher sleep therapy experience. Ultra Fine Filters are especially useful in households with pets and during high allergy seasons. For optimal performance Ultra Fine Filters should be changed regularly when they appear soiled or discolored.
USAGE: When using a disposable ultra fine filter with your Luna G3 or G3 X Series machine, place the reusable foam filter into the filter cap first, and then place the ultra fine filter on top of it, so the ultra fine filter sits closest to the device when inserted into the filter slot. Not quite large enough to fill the filter bracket
Ordered a bunch of these for my Luna G3 CPAP machine, because my CPAP supplier rations the filters out as one every 6 months. I really like the idea of a high efficiency filter, unfortunately they're not quite large enough in height and width dimensions to fill the filter bracket. They leave gaps around the edges which defeats the purpose of getting a high efficiency filter, if air flows around the edges of the filter. If you looked at the attached photo, ignoring the open slot at the top because that's the clip that holds the cover in place, you can see around the filter on all the sides. :(
