Like most people, not crazy about any CPAP mask, however, I will say these are the most comfortable ones I've tried. These strap around your ears and the nasal pillows stay in place pretty good.

Most comfortable mask. At first, made behind my ears a little sore. Quick remedy, slide the two gray cheek protectors back to where they are touching your ears, not just the strap. No more sore ears.

Comfortable but leaks.
I find this mask very comfortable. However, as soon as the pressure increases, it leaks. I’m basically waking up every 45 minutes as my pressure goes up.

Uncomfortable
I ordered this with high hopes but after a few nights decided it wasn't for me. The ear loops were very uncomfortable; if I tightened them up enough to get a good seal, they slipped off my ears when I moved. So I tried the headgear that was included and found it to be uncomfortable and difficult to use. Also, it was very noisy when air was expelled and my husband didn't appreciate it when it blew right into his face. Never had that problem with any other mask. This is a review of this particular product, not a review of Direct Home Medical.

No idea how this would have worked, as the mask was out of stock and DHM did not let me know (despite having paid for two day shipping) until I finally got ahold of someone two weeks after purchase. I emailed previously to no response, and left a voicemail to no response. And the item is still available for purchase on their website, despite there being no info available on when or if it might be in stock again. Terrible customer experience.

I like this mask. Not sure it will hold up as well as my over the head one but time will tell. Since I toss & turn alot due to joint pain, I find I get a few more mask seal incidents, but still prefer this mask to the traditional one.
