Millennium M10 Oxygen Concentrator (DISCONTINUED 2025)

Great machine, second buy from Direct home, runs great, very quiet compared to other consentrators. Machine arrived late due to address malfunction through the carrier but still give it 5 stars.....very happy with the buy.

How many channels in the oxygen tubing is considered High Flow?

The noise coming from this machine disrupts my whole office. Very disappointed. Not sure if it is working correctly.

Purchasing and using this machine was a pleasure so far so good.

The concentrator arrived on time and I've had no issues with it. It is exactly what I needed and was delivered quickly. I would purchase from Direct Home Medical again. I'd also highly recommend this concentrator to anyone who needs the higher 10LPM flow rate. I suffer from cluster headaches, so only use it sporadically, but the higher flow rate is needed and provides just what I need.

This is my second Millennium and I noticed immediately it was louder than my other Millennium 10. It worked fine for a few hours and then I noticed very reduced flow. I took off the bubbler and hooked up directly to the con concentrator but that didn’t affect the flow. I noticed the flow meter was not responding correctly so I turned the machine off waited awhile turned it back on and the red light came on and the machine would not function. I am very disappointed as I need a reliable oxygen source 24x7.

Have used this as a breeder for my neonatal puppies who needed oxygen. It works amazingly. Im impressed that it can run nonstop for very long time. The humidifier attachment is a must!

DirectHome Medical shipped my M10 quickly and it arrived undamaged (I also got the best price). I have a Respironics 5L machine supplied through the Veterans Administration. The M10 millennium (I call it The Beast), although much larger and heavier than the 5L version, is actually quieter...nearly silent (compared to the average O2 concentrator)...I was very impressed. If you are unfortunate enough to be on High Flow oxygen therapy, this is the concentrator that you want. This unit would be perfect with either a backlit flow meter or a digital flow adjustment. All-In-all, I'm very happy with my choice,

This Machine works very well, it has been running for almost two years 24/7 and on Aux power during the Cane we had. I hope the next one will stand up as well. Oh I should note this is my second one.

The price was good and it arrived on time the only thing one of the wheels was broken but my experience was very good.

The concentrator was shipped fast and got here in great condition. Works as I expected. The 14' and 25' cannulas I have no use for. We use only 4' or 7' cannulas with 25' tubing. Also everything has to be rated to be used above 5 LPM. Other than that everything is good to go. RLD

My wife has been on Oxygen therapy for 13 years; we purchased 2 machines (unto 5 LPM) from Direct Home Medical previously and had excellent service and pricing. When My wife was diagnosed with Covid19; it caused big changes in her Oxygen needs. After weeks in the hospital, she was ready to come home, but we needed a machine that would provide 10 LPM. I called Direct Home Medical and purchased the Respironics Millennium M10. The one problem was the first machine would only go to 7 LPM even though it was suppose to go to 10 LPM. I called Direct Home Medical and they send me another machine . I allowed the machine to come to room temperature and turned it on, and tested to see if it would go to 10LPM. It did, until I plugged in the tubing; than it would not go past 7 LPM. I kept trying different things nothing worked. I found the SERVICE Manual on line for this machine and read it from cover to cover. In the middle of the manual it stated that one had to use HIGH FLOW tubing. I had been using the tubing that I had been using with the 5 LPM minute (low flow tubing). I purchased some High Flow (HF) tubing and plugged it in to the M10 and it went to 10 LPM with no problem. No where in the Patient manual which came with the machine, did it indicate that HIGH FLOW tubing was required.

Very impressed with this bundle. Gives me the oxygen volume needed and runs so quietly. Good response from Direct Home Medical to get this shipped as soon as possible. Also, priced well against other suppliers who wanted much more.

This is an excellent concentrator that is virtually silent which allows my dad to sleep! Highly recommend!!!
