New air flow position
I am still getting used to the new mask. It seems to fit differently so it is rubbing under my nose and causing irritation. Also, the air flow holes have been moved.

The mask was fine but was too small for my nose. It would have worked had it been a tiny bit bigger but now as big as for the male.

Flexfit406
The item appears somewhat smaller than the original Flexfit406 as is not as comfortable as the original. I would recommend going to a sleep clinic for a better fitting mask.

This is a very nice mask for women with smaller features
I have always had trouble find a CPAP nasal mask that fit without the bottom touching my upper lip or the top encroaching on the corners of my eyes. This one fits perfectly, and even the headgear is smaller for those of us that have smaller heads. I am extremely happy with my purchase of this mask - it fits better than any other I have ever owned. The only drawback that kept me from giving it 5 stars is the fact that you cannot adjust the distance of the forehead pad; therefore the top of the mask covering the top part of my nose pushes down a little too much leaving the bridge of my nose red. If it adjusted, I would be able to push the top of the mask out a little from my face, thereby taking the pressure off the top of my nose. But I just added some first foam to the forehead pads and the problem was solved -- just took a little ingenuity. All in all, however, its a good nasal mask for women or teens who have smaller faces and noses.

The mask for petit noses
I love this mask! I searched around for months and tried every mask in the store. Finally I went back to the sleep center and discovered this mask for women with little noses. It fits beautifully, and I can move my head all around without a leak. It is so comfortable with the sponge insert. I would certainly recommend this mask to anyone with a small nose.
