Water is getting into my tubing, what can I do? Check that your humidifier water chamber is not overfilled past the MAX line, and that the lid is fully sealed before use.
The chamber doesn't fit my machine, what is wrong? Confirm your machine is a Luna G3 or React G3 X model. This chamber will not fit Luna 2 or other series.
My humidifier isn't producing moisture, can you help? Ensure the humidifier is enabled in your Luna G3 or React G3 X CPAP/BiPAP settings and that the chamber is properly seated in the device's chamber slot.
There's a white residue inside the chamber, what is it? The white residue you're seeing is likely mineral buildup from tap water. Switch to distilled water and clean the chamber thoroughly. If the buildup is severe, replace the chamber.

Poor Design for Cleaning
As much as I like the Luna G3 CPAP, the design of the humidifier chamber is very poor for cleaning. I've worked in product design for many years and on products like this the ability to easily clean it is very important. There are too many sharp inside corners that trap dirt. Better designs use only curved inside contours that can be easily wiped. Also the flexible seal, although it can be removed, allows dirt to be trapped underneath. I'd love to see a new design for this part though I wouldn't expect it.

Great price and quick shipping
I had purchased a new Luna G3 system from Home Medical recently. I am very happy with the machine but was a little concerned with the plastic tab on the bottom of the water reservoir. Concerned that it could possibly break and leave me without CPAP I wanted to purchase an extra water chamber. I feel it’s a poor design. The plastic piece that locks it into the machine is fragile. My first one broke off and I had to fish it out. I had to put weight on top to allow it to function while I waited for my replacement part.
