THE DIRECTHOMEMEDICAL REWARD POINTS PROGRAM IS EASY.
For every dollar you spend on products at DirectHomeMedical you'll automatically receive 1 Reward Point. For every 33 points earned we'll give you credit worth $1 off on a future purchase. The more orders you place the more points you earn. The more points you earn, the more money you save. You can use all of your Reward Points on one order, or split them over several orders. Save them or spend them, it's entirely up to you!

YOU MUST HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO PARTICIPATE.
To earn and spend DirectHomeMedical's Reward Points you must create a user account on our site. (If you do not already have one, an account can be created during the checkout process.) If you already have an account, you're already earning points on every order you make!

EARNING POINTS IS AUTOMATIC!
Once you've logged into your account you will AUTOMATICALLY earn Rewards Points for every order you place and you will always be given the opportunity, during checkout, to spend points you've earned on past orders. NOTE: If you do not log in during the checkout process your points will not be rewarded.

CHECKING YOUR POINT BALANCE
It's easy to keep track of your points balance, just sign in to your account and click the "Reward Points" link to view your Reward Points Dashboard.

CASHING IN POINTS IS EASY
When you're ready to use the points you've earned, go to your Reward Points Dashboard and click the "Redeem" points link. Within the modal window that appears you can calculate potential savings and choose how many points to redeem. When you're ready, click "Redeem Discount" and you'll receive a Gift Card Code that can be entered during checkout. (Note: Gift Card Codes can only be entered during checkout, they cannot be entered in the "Discount Code" field of our shopping cart page.)

ADDITIONAL PROGRAM DETAILS
The DirectHomeMedical Reward Points program is meant for personal use only. Reward Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, and they are earned only on product purchases--not on shipping costs. Points cannot be used to pay for subscription orders after the first order has been placed; however all subscription product orders can earn points. Reward Points may expire two years after being earned. Points cannot be earned or redeemed after an order has been placed. DirectHomeMedical reserves the right to change the conditions of this program, cancel accounts, and/or terminate the program at any time.
